:D I would like to thank you for your research. When I first read your posts a little over a year ago I did not give much thought to adding fish oils as a supplement. I have been using the aneros products three years now and have not had any difficulty with obtaining Super-O's. After reading your book I started taking the fish oil in the ratios you suggest. I am amazed at what it does for the prostate. I pretty much use only two models now the Eupho or the Progasm. It has speed up the time from insertion to first orgasm for me. My first orgasm happens in about 3-4 minutes. The most amazing thing I have noticed since I have been taking the fish oil is my ability to stack orgasms one on top of the other. The orgasms are so intense the only way I can stop them is to remove the aneros. Is this stacking of orgasms common with men and women on your diet? My wife has started your diet also and is having more intense orgasms. Once again thank you and thanks to makers of aneros. la

For those in the UK, another brand to consider is Biocare OmegaCare. It is in liquid form, with essence of orange, and contains 1050mg EPA and 750 DHA per 5ml teaspoon.

Here is the cheapest place I've found to buy the stuff so far. It's not quite as good value as the £18 for 240 capsules mentioned above, but it's not far off.
