Off Topic --- Uncomfortable sensations after ejaculation

This has happened to me a few times. It's never happened when using the Aneros, and it started happening before I ever used an Aneros. I don't remember if it started before I ever did any anal insertion whatsoever.

I think for me it would usually happen when I ejaculated and then peed. Honestly it hasn't happened for quite a while (thankfully) so I can't say more, other than to confirm that you're not alone!

Been there, done that in my much younger years. Particularly when I was enjoying multiple pleasures of sex and beer over a four or five hour session. --- Táiwān Píjǐu, or 台啤, TáiPí seemed to cause the more 'serious' of these incidents.

I hadn't thought much about this until this post; however, reflecting back in time, it's not been a problem since I started medicating bph with Hytrin (about 11 years ago.)

My (non-professional) thoughts:

-- Cud be that bladder neck stress or prostate engorgement is preventing the bladder from voiding completly; or,
-- The bladder neck is stressed and you're feeling that and interpreting it as a full bladder.

Opinion: Since voiding does occur without medical intervention, I'd not sweat it! Next time you go in for your annual Uro visit, ask them to run an ultrasound on your bladder to see how much urine you're retaining. If significant, it's not a good for the kidneys.

Given that it happens under very specific circumstances, I'm not all that concerned. I have learned to avoid these circumstances. Sometimes I forget though :-). I still wouldn't mind an explanation though.
Rook: In your experience, was it alcohol related? For me it seems to be but I never did a controlled experiment. I guess I could drink water instead of alcohol to see what happens.

I have a similar problem that you have. If I take a leak not long after ejaculating I get discomfort guaranteed. The discomfort seems to increase linearly with the amount of time I've been getting my freak on. It only happens after if I've very recently ejaculated (half hour or so). So I just wait a little while to take a leak if I need to after ejaculating. If I do this I never have discomfort from taking a leak. I think the discomfort may have something to do with the pelvic muscles still being somewhat tight after ejaculation.

... ...I still wouldn't mind an explanation though.

I've been experiencing this some tonight. Figured I'd make a log of it:

Felt pretty horny in general today, fondled myself on penis and scrotum some this evening. The arousal was kind of unusual in that it felt specifically as though I wanted anal stimulation, and my penis did not respond quickly to touching although I felt arousal increasing. All this was without being able to really get into it because it was in between homework problems, with my friends that share the apartment in the next room over. I'm wearing boxer briefs made of the thin white material that "whitie-tighties" are made of.

Feeling began about 1:40 am or so while sitting at my computer doing some touching. I urinated and afterward it became clear that the phenomenon was occuring, as there was a residual uncomfortable feeling in the tip of my penis, kind of a burning. Urine was fairly yellow and when I observed the last few drops, they seemed slightly cloudy. If symptoms persist it might turn out to be a urinary infection, but I'm devoid of other symptoms like fever and nausea, so this seems doubtful.

I performed an enema a little while ago to prepare for a session in a little while after I finish homework. There were some small chunks of feces there as well as numerous tiny grains, all of which has now been evacuated.

The feeling came on strongest after I urinated. It must be something arising from an interaction between arousal and urination, perhaps arousal before urination. I used to think it might be caused by letting the urine spray out with too much force, possibly causing abrasion somewhere. It's possible that arousal puts one at greater risk for this because of secretions from the Cowper's gland, for example, or residual semen. All of this is pure speculation; it just feels like some sort of irritation of the tube somehow.

Now (2:42) the feeling is minimal, about a 1 or 2 out of ten. I plan on trying a session after I finish homework and I'll try to remember to later report what happens.

Hey, DJMinkus. I doubt forceful urination would cause an abrasion in the urethra. Assuming you have no basis for having acquired any infection, the last cloudy drops you saw could be merely some urinary sediment. If this occurred on your first urination after ejaculation it is possible that the initial flow of urine through your penile urethra where a little bit of remaining ejaculate "dried" was the sensation of discomfort you had. Assuming you're young, you should have no retrograde flow of ejaculate with orgasm as sometimes, with older guys particularly on certain medications, retrograde ejaculation of some of the ejaculate into the bladder can occur and this portion of the ejaculate is seen coming out with the next urination. Hope this helps.

wow !!! i get this all the time and i'm glad it's not just me . i had an operation on my bladder when i was a kid and thought that was the cause of it.
i've been to the doc about it .
he said it was a chill in my bladder (what ever that is} a nerve sending wrong messages .
he recommended a hot bath or hot water bottle and to try relaxing the area .
it sucks i know
