Ok, another topic - I seem to be full of them tonight but hope all of you like them so far:
This is something I've wanted to post for some time. In the past I've come across web sites that warned of issues and potential problems for those that masturbate or have sex too much. Something about the dopamine, and ephidrene levels in the brain dropping too low. Yeah they were probably selling a supplement, but what of it? Do these levels fall off after a session or multiple sessions? Can it get so low that it could be dangerous? I also just read from an Ask Yahoo article that Testosterone drops off in the body after male ejaculation. Does this mean with too much masturbation that your levels could be too low? I wonder if prostate ejaculation via Aneros would count here?
Finally, what type of a diet, along with vitamins, minerals and herbs would help your body to quickly recover from long strenuous masturbation and super O sessions? Does anyone have any idea of what minerals comprise prostate fluid, etc?
I read on here that one guy takes Vit C and E (which I started taking). I also usually take Zinc, Calcium, and Magnesium and may add a multi-vitamin. For enhancement I take Ginko Biloba, and occasionally Panax Ginseng (helps endurance, sexual response, and blood flow). I always take 3,000mg of Omega 3 for heart health but notice it is supposed to help orgasms as well. One lady recommends a bit of dark chocolate daily and not too much carbs. Any other thoughts or ideas here? Do you have a special formula that really seems to work either to keep you feeling strong afterward, or to help you reach the bliss of a Super O?
Yep, I was reading that. Zaneblue has some very interesting stuff. It's a shame I haven't seen her post lately as I'd love to ask her some questions. I think she is right also that the diet can make a big difference in our orgasms and response. One day I followed all that along with Dove Milk Chocolate (which is fairly strong / dark), and also added Ginko Biloba and Panax Ginseng - it was a screaming O and I could hardly shut myself off....more on that later.

I wanted to say that I've gotten excellent results from your Fish Oil Diet.
A couple years ago I was prescribed Valium for muscle spasms. After a few months I started to notice a general decline in my libido, arousal, and erection quality (Valium side-effects). That's when I remembered your diet.
Over a period of a few weeks, I built up to 1600 EPA, 800 DHA worth of Fish Oil capsules and 1oz. or more of dark (70% cacao) chocolate, plus a multi-vitamin every day.
Within a month, my libido was even higher than before I went on the meds, and that's pretty high! LOL.
My arousal levels went through the roof, and my orgasms came on faster and stronger than ever. I haven't gone a day without Fish Oil since then. I'm convinced that this stuff is giving me something my body needs. It's become an essential part of my diet, and only costs about $20 a month. Definitely well worth the investment.
I think it's also worth mentioning a couple supplements that I take for an extra arousal boost.
About an hour before sexual activity I like to take:
- Avena Sativa Milky Green Seed (mild aphrodisiac, great for erection enhancement)
- 100-200mg L-Theanine (helps provide a state of alert relaxation and also seems to enhance neurotransmitters to increase pleasure - perfect for Aneros sessions)
And about 15 minutes before activity:
- 1-3oz. Dark Chocolate or...
- 1/2 - 1 tablespoon of Raw Cacao Nibs sweetened with Honey.
*Note
Raw Cacao is potent stuff compared to regular chocolate. I love the high it gives. But it's effects can be like a drug for some people and I recommend treating it with the same respect that any drug deserves. Personally, I only use it about once a week when I want to add an extra kick to a session.
Well, that's what's been working for me so far. I gotta say thank you Zane for letting us know about your Fish Oil diet. I know not every guy here has gotten results from Fish Oil supplemts, but for me, they've been simply amazing.
I think I'll give this a try, I've been noticing a lack in my normal daily libido for the past month, perhaps this will help out.
Though is that much Fish Oil truly healthly for daily intake?

There's a link up higher in this thread! I am heartily sick of reposting my diet! 😆 That has the basic info--that fish oil dosage is for a 130-pound person.
If you want to know more details, I wrote a book, came out last May and sold pretty well. The Orgasmic Diet. It's written for women. For men, don't take the iron and use the Aneros instead of the Gyneflex.
Pan, thank you for your feedback! That's very encouraging. Did you find that it helped in particular with the Super-O ability? I'm very curious about that, because I'm pretty sure I have the female version of that ability. Also I am a horny old goatess and I like hearing men talk about their orgasms.
I should make a caveat emptor--my diet SPEEDS UP ORGASM in men and women. So while for women it is universally a good thing, for men you need to judge for yourself.
I need a quick clarification about Fish Oil. The ones I have currently ae 2400 mg Fish Oil Concentrate for two tablets, which shows as 432 mg EPA and 288 DHA. Do I just ignore the 2400 mg concentrate part and focus on EPA and DHA only? Or did I get the wrong type of tablets?
Ignore the fish oil concentrate part and concentrate on the amount of EPA and DHA. Low-grade fish oil might cause tummy upset, best to get a more concentrated kind. Although if you are starting out, you should start out at a low dose anyhow and work up.
I didn't realize there were more concentrated doses, I'll have to drop by a health store and see what they have sometime soon. Thank you for your help 🙂
