I have been looking into prostate milking because it's really interesting for about a week, and yesterday I went for my first full 20 minutes of stimulation and draining using just the middle finger, I have an MGX on the way.

Today I have a strange sensation I have never had, I'm not too worried but it is nevertheless something a bit strange because I thought I was supposed to be more aroused and hard afterwards.
my balls and shaft are kindof all numb..why???
how often does this happen, how long does it stay, how do you avoid it and what do you reckon of it?

I went for ages yesterday to see if I could get more and how much more fluid would come out, first it was white and runny and then white and sticky and then transparent and sticky and basically drained to bits...
do you also have different stages where different element seemed to be drained?
when the prostate is empty it seems that loads of transparent sticky stuff comes out more easily afterwards for example at night . is this true?

Well, it sounds like first is prostatic fluid, which is milky white and thin. The latter is fluid from the seminal vesicles, which is clear and thick. In between would be semen. I'm not an expert, though, but it does seem to make sense.

It took some time to find out myself what the difference was because seminal fluid is described as semen minus the sperm, which is milky white and thick, and not the fluid produced by the seminal vesicles (easy to confuse the two terms).

Here is the makeup of semen I scraped from wikipedia:
Normal semen is about 60% from the seminal vesicles, most of the rest from the prostate, 2-5% sperm, and some from the Cowper's gland (pre-cum).

beware of that numbness. that's your pudendal nerve your messing around with.

read up on bicyclists and impotence if you want to get some perspective.

I know, I was medium worried but was very gentle, also I read another guy who said that that is in effect of extensive play, so I intend to be even more gentle,it was only from about 15-20 minutes.

It was all right after about five days, although it would be good to avoid even the slightest numbness altogether.so that things to in full capacity forever.it is a grey unknown area.

it's all fine now, after a 15 minute firm session with a finger by some freak incident my shaft was numb for about five days, not completely just slightly unusualsensation,

When the prostate is empty everything tends to very slightly less sensitive, and when it is very full it is very sensitive indeed.

Still should be very gentle and only use fingers,
