i just recieved my volcano packed today and very happy with it.. i tried it and its way more difficult then i thought.. i use it standing up? is that the first thing i have done wrong? any tips would be great thank you!!! oh and which one should i be using the classic or the sgx? any help would be great!!! thank you

Congratulations on your purchase. I suggest that you follow the online instructions as a starting point. I do not think that the standing position would be a good one for learning your technique. Try laying on your side or back first. Good luck and enjoy your journey. Best wishes,
