been trying this for a year and a half. i think i am finally on the right track. i have read in the threads before about an all over body tingling sensation. about two days ago, as the aneros was doing its thing, i started to feel tingling sensations in my hands, then arms and then feet. the aneros was really going beserk! i think i got so scared that i involuntarily interrupted the awesome feelings i was getting.
is this what the onset of the super-o feels like? am i on the right track? please help!!

Yes, these are very promising results. With respect to feeling apprehensvie,... this is entirely normal. Some time ago I wrote a post about "being ready" for the experience. It is absolutely critical that you do some emotional and psychological housekeeping before going any farther. Frankly, it's the only way that you can truly open yourself up to the experience that you seek. This doesn't mean that you have to pay for psychoanalysis or anything (at least most people don't). Rather it requires that you confront the "stuff" that you might be carrying around with respect to self doubt, concerns about anal stimulation (homophobia), and the fear of being vulnerable (traveling in uncharted territory). All of these things can present themselves as obstacles to your success, blocking your path to the Super O.
So now is the time to ask yourself the question....."what is it that I'm afraid of? " As you've been working at this for a year and half at this point.....I think you deserve an answer to your question.
