I have just purchased the Aneros, my reason being that after 25 years of happy marriage our sex life was almost non existent. Intercourse about 4 times a year, I masturbate 2 or 3 times a week. Wife admits to occasional masturbation (I think its a bit more than occasional). Anyway back to the point, to resurrect my wifes interest I suggested teasing and orgasm denial, I find it a great turn on, she appears to enjoy it aswell. However I feel I need prostate milking and my wife wont partake, hence the Aneros. What I am looking for is advice on techniques to purely milk the prostate without orgasm.

The aneros is great for 'milking. the prostate without penile stimulation or erection.
I lube it with durex jelly and insert it while lying on the bed with pillows under my head.
Push the device in and keep the pressure applied against the perinium whilst keeping yourself deeply penetrated and clenching the devicee with your sphincter.
Try and pee and in my case I find that I ejaculate thick prostatic fluid in a slow dribble.
Keep repeating the peeing motion until you have milked yourself dry.
