Not sure I want aneros anymore

This isn't a bash on the aneros or people who use them. Before I was really considering getting one, with all the talk of these super long, and powerful orgasms. But after coming here I'm not sure I want to try.

One reason is I have seen some people posting about having mini orgasms while not even using it, like durring the day. I for one don't want to be working and have something like that happen! lol.

Also so much talk about rewiring like it's some sort of brain washing (body washing in this case).

I guess I just had hoped it was something like a woman's clit. If you were able to stimulate it, you would have incredible pleasure. Now it seems like you have to change your body in some way? Also losing control by having pleasure/orgasms while maybe doing something serious or dangerous when you don't need it..

NOW... I could be completely reading into this all wrong. If so please correct me. I actually don't want to try the "dry" orgasms... I was more interested in the Super T's.... Now does that take a lot of practice or does having the aneros in while masterbating, does this cause powerful orgasms??? Thanks for the help.

Hi Mrsmith007,

Welcome to the Forum,

Even skeptics are welcome to the Forum, judging by your post, it appears that you have not done extensive reading here as you may have some distorted perceptions of the Aneros experience. I will try to give you my viewpoint in response to your concerns based upon my usage over the past year.

The occurrence of spontaneous mini-O’s without the Aneros massager is not a commonly reported experience and it has never happened to me personally, so I don’t think you have to be concerned about being overtaken by mild pelvic spasms during work. Most likely you may experience faint momentary tinglings to remind you of past or future pleasure sessions but even these are infrequent.

As regards the prostate being somewhat like a woman’s clitoris, I am afraid that is very exaggerated. The prostate is more analogous to a woman’s Grafenberg spot (G-spot). The prostate is not nearly as intensely enervated as the clitoris. Additionally, because one can not directly contact the prostate (unlike the clitoris) stimulation reactions tend to be more subtle and slow to arise.

The “rewiring” so often spoken of here is not any form of “brainwashing” but is learning to tune into the sensations produced by your prostate in response to stimulation. In this learning, you firmly establish the neural links in the brain to detect and respond to those pleasure signals more readily. This is really what rewiring is about. You body is not being substantially changed in any way, only your perception of sensations are altered toward a pleasurable interpretation by the brain and your conscious mind. Once the patterns are easily recognized by the brain and you can respond on the sub-conscious level you are said to have been “rewired”.

As regards “dry” orgasms, if you so choose, you can forego the rewiring process and only employ the Aneros to enhance traditional masturbation to achieve quite intense orgasmic ejaculations (Super-T’s). This is easily accomplished by always employing penile stimulation to the point of ejaculation. However, if you follow that path it is unlikely you will ever successfully achieve what many of us using the Aneros desire, namely, the multi-orgasmic Super-O state of continuing pleasure.

Lastly, because of the fragility of the mental focus needed to get to the Super-O, it is highly unlikely that you would ever spontaneously unintentionally generate a Super-O while involved in serious, dangerous or other mentally intensive activities and I have not heard or read of any accounts where that has happened. The likelihood of losing bodily control (spasms, convulsions, tremors) during such times is equally remote.

I hope this clears up some misconceptions you may have.

Hi mrsmith007,

Welcome, This is definitely not some kind of club for the tie-dye hippies with nothing else to do set (well maybe I was one many years ago... hahaha) , we are all just normal guys and gals from various backgrounds, and jobs, that decided we wanted more to our sexual fulfillment regardless of our sexual preferences.

There are a lot of couples here just trying to enhance their love life with their partners for a more complete and fulfilling relationship.

You have a great tool within your own body if you are willing to try and get the most out of it.
it does not hurt to use what is already there for the taking.

We are not afraid to try and go and seek some additional guidance from others that are the experts here that have been using the Aneros for a long time, and this is a great site just for that purpose.

This discussion forum gives the new user the tools to move forward, just like you would with any new behavior or skill.

You should also go and view all the valuable information within the wiki, it may help you to better understand some of what is posted here with a more meaningful insight into what is being said.

If you are willing to see what this truly is all about, hang around and enjoy the reading, it does not cost anything, and it may clear up some misconceptions like rumel has said. 🙂
