About to give up and thinking my Prostate is dead or something. Had a helix for about 5 years tried half a dozen times and pretty much nothing happens. There was a few times it felt like something was getting ready to "happen" then it goes away. Maybe I need a bigger one? I'll keep reading these but disappointed so far.
Half a dozen in five years?
nah bruh, that won’t get you anywhere.
Oh my. 6 times in 5 years. Took me several months straight before I got a glimmer. There is some that have gone years before it happened for them.
Its not as simple as stroking one out. One must become tuned into ones body. As silly as it sounds. It's the subtleties of the sensations that expand to give you the pleasure.
Its like the difference between your partner grabing hold and stroking feverishly or holding you with 2 fingers ever so lightly and licking so softly in 1 tiny spot, your eyes closed just being in the moment of it happening. Will both get you there, sure but one will be more delicous when you do.
Damn guys, I spent about 3 hours the other night hoping for anything. Who has that kind of time?
It's not about how much time you spend. If you spend 3 hrs and get no where you become frustrated, than the more frustrated you become your body will disconnect from the experience. The more you become disconnected the possibility of getting somewhere becomes nill. It's more about the time you spend feeling and enjoying. Even if nothing happens today or tomorrow or the next if you enjoyed yourself your body will equate enjoyment from doing it and you will get there. I know that there is an unspoken spoken rule that you should not involve any penis stimulation but I think that can keep some from understanding what you need to be 'looking' for
I would like you to try again but involve 'some' penis stimulation. Don't do it fast and to the point. Close your eyes and go slow, take your time with the build up and really pay attention to where you feel sensations while fantasizing about something you've done before that really excites you or something you want to experience. Make it as vivid as you can step by step, don't rush it, really savor it like it's the last time it will ever happen this specific way. If you find the sensations become more specific to the head, shift your hand just a little to reduce that direct stimulation, just enough to keep yourself excited. Go for about 1 hour than let yourself go to the end but try not to force tension hard when you do cum, let it happen on it's own.
Do this once a week for a month but on the 3rd and 4th week reduce the amount of time you spend stimulating your penis. Do just enough to keep excited. What you want is to get the pleasurable sensations from stimulating the prostate not the penis but sometimes you need to use the penis to get things started.
Above all else enjoy yourself, because if you can't do that why do it, regardless of what it is.
Hi, maybe my experience can be useful.
New to this concept I started this journey maybe two months ago. I own the Helix model. One of the mistakes I made was to go and look at the videos some guys put on the internet, which, to be honest, scared me at first, and gave me totally wrong impression what Aneros sessions look like. I soon realized what "the journey" really means. I ended my first session with some mild excitement (which was probably more because of what I was doing than the Aneros stimulation itself). The next sessions were not much better, if at all. I felt some pleasant itchings in my anus (not even prostate, I guess), some very weak waves down my legs. However, I later found out that I can work on these sensations even without Aneros, just by focusing and thinking about it.
So I am now working on my "awakening" and "rewiring" without Aneros. I try to communicate with my prostate, when she sends me some signals, I think about them and try to amplify them. If I concentrate on them, they seem to grow stronger an stronger, until they actually start to radiate into my thighs. No involuntary contractions or spasms, though, just a pleasant warmth. I also started to massage my prostate every evening before going to bed. This way I learn how it feels when my prostate is actually touched, but after this massage it gets stimulated and starts sending me those signals I can work on.
If anything, I learned what this proces is about, and that we are all equipoed with different amount of some kind of "sexual energy" and "technical specifications" which set our pace and drive the process.
@user1234 you're on the right track! You're process will help awaken your prostate. Keep at it.
Thats the way to do it. I also agree that doing all the reading and watching vids can sometimes get your expectations so high that if nothing happens one becomes discouraged if nothing happens. That can than become a vicous cycle of getting no where the more one trys and that makes it even more frustrating pushing you even further away.
Like others here I have had the pleasure of walking on the rainbow. Even with knowing what I'm looking to experience for sensations to feel, sometimes I need to use a bit of external stim to get the internal engine going if it doesnt start up by itself. Wheher it is some nipple stim or excitation of the coronal ridge or frenulum, I give just enough to get started. Once I'm rolling along and can than feel those sensations I know will bring me to where I want to go I stop external stim and let my body take over.
I remember the early days...with my MGX Classic. Sessions felt nice but nothing like I was hoping for. The operative word.."hoping for" was my problem. I learned to change my mind set to relax, observe, submit & enjoy...the breakthrough for me was with Peridise. The other devices followed and each delivered similar pleasures. Look forward to your sessions for a way to relax and enjoy whatever feeling are presented to you...they will grow in time! Don't be disappointed by any session...some will ALWAYS be better than others. Good Luck!
