I've had my Helix for a few months now, playing with it occasionally. When I put it in I don't feel anything deep in my prostate, penis, or anything. When I try to touch my prostate with my finger I feel a small protrusion on the front wall with two distinct lobes. I'm assuming this is my prostate, but the aneros doesn't give even remotely the same feelings. I'm sure everyone says this, but does my helix really not fit me?

I get best contact on my back with knees spread and bent. Don't apply too much lube. In my experience position is the most important, so do experiment.

Have you tried other models? I didn't get contract until I the third or fourth one I tried. I had almost lost hope, but for me the Eupho nails it

@South7856 How long does it take to develop this sensitivity?

I, too, think that your helix does fit and already touches the right spots. It might be just the case that you need to develop muscles and tissue of that region in order to have a better transmission of nerve impulses.

Doing Kegel - exercises is very helpful - and healthy, too.

GGringo did a great thread on that topic:

Have fun 🙂

Hmm. I'm not sure how I can believe you.
I'm at half-way point of your rewiring. :-/

I restarted using Aneros after at least 6 months of abstinence. I used it for one month, then a month of abstinence. So I have roughly 1.5 months worth of rewiring about 2 times a week, and it already feels like a blowjob from inside.

How much time are you giving yourself in your sessions? Early on in my rewiring, it often took 15 minutes to half an hour in order to feel anything. Also, what is your relaxation level? I've found that complete relaxation, ridding your head of all interruptions, problems, etc., is essential to your progress, and it took me some time to be able to do that. Something else I can suggest is deep, even breathing. I find that if I'm having trouble getting "started" in a session, sustained, conscious breathing helps me. A little weed never hurts either, if that's something you're into. Keep at it, my friend, it is so worth it!

I am having a hard time believing that it can suddenly work like that.
In a few days, it will be my 3 years of Aneros use, and no mind blowing orgasms etc.

First sensation that I now identify as "first contact" with my Helix was about three to four months from first insertion.

Hey, I just made an account. I have been reading and browsing this forum for years but have never chimed in or made an account! I thought I would change that today haha!

Anyway, I was the same way and didn't feel much at first too. 3 years later I can have some crazy orgasms! Like Jb1057 said, relaxation was the key for me... and to just enjoy it and stop having expectations. When you are relaxed you can focus on subtle feelings that build. I meditate a lot and have for many years, I didn't realize it would be the key to Super O's though at the time. Put it in, and just relax. You can google some nice meditation breathing patterns, they help a lot! The first Super O I had was when I wasn't really trying for it! I left it in after a session and meditated before bed and it happened while I wasn't even trying to focus on it! Stick with it, your body starts to decode the new sensations after some time and patients... it's worth it! Another trick that helped me was Binaural Audio, I use it to help clear my mind while I meditate, but it helps me a lot with orgasms too! Try searching youtube for some.

I'm terrible with spelling and grammar... so I apologizes in advance for any mistakes I might have made. =)

Hey!

I don't have a guide, I learned the basics when I was using if for pain management (I have chronic headaches). Sense then I have just explored myself, trying different things over the years. Different things work for different people, so just like learning the Aneros... you just have to explore your body and mind. Learning to breath correctly was a lot of it to drive extra oxygen though your body. Keywords to look up would be "Meditation belly breathing". From what I have learned by experimentation, I think not only does the breathing help with relaxation and oxygenation... but with the Aneros in, I think the physical movement of your body while belly breathing moves the aneros very slowly and slightly across the prostate. Once you learn to clear your mind via meditation, you can then direct all of your mindset on the prostate and the subtle feelings you get, then they slowly build into amazing things! It does take time and practice. It's mainly trying to control your mind, it's just sitting there focusing on breathing, every time your mind wonders you bring it back to focus just on breathing. You do this over and over, easier said then done! The mind is a chaotic place. Once you can do that, it helps you channel all your minds focus on your Aneros and sensations it brings... at least it does for me (I assume everyone's different). Once you get that, you can learn to time your deep breaths with Kegels to increase the Aneros sensations! Meditation itself has been amazingly beneficial for me! I used to be on high doses of Oxycontin and Oxycodone... now I take nothing but a little bit of weed/CBD and Aneros meditation!

I apologizes for any spelling or grammar errors, I stink at writing haha.

@justinman when you were on these meds did you find it helped or hindered your progress?

@Marco_Polo Any narcotics definitely hindered progress, not to say it’s still not possible... but it is harder. They numb pain and nerve signals, so you will have less sensation on your prostate. It was the same with traditional penile stimulation too. When I’m on any narcotics, it is much harder to cum wacking off or fucking my girl (fun sometimes when me and my girl want to go at it hard for an extended period of time lol!). Opioids also lower testosterone if you are on any kind of regular routine taking them. I don’t think testosterone directly relates to having prostate orgasms, but lack of testosterone does make you less horny... and I have found the more horny you are, the easier it is to achieve a hands free prostate orgasm. Working out, eating right, and clean mind meditation + Aneros = much better dopamine release then even the strongest narcotics (and I know, over a 6 year period I was on high doses of ever kind of opioid you can think of... Vicodin, oxycodone, OxyContin, morphine, Demerol, Delodid, fentanal, tramadol and many more). I will say, I still have some and take them when pain is unbearable, which is about 6 times a year... but I will never go on a regular regimen again... withdrawal is a bitch, it was a full 2 Years for me to stop having any withdrawal symptoms! Opioids are life savers, but have to be highly respected! Sorry for the long rant, bad spelling and grammar, but I hope I answered your question lol!
