I symphatize with you... I would argue the reason is, that MMO's are really not that widespread...

The thing that comes closest to your desires would be homemade pegging porn. Unfortunately pegging porn in general is often about the dominace/abuse-theme, which I really don't like. Homade vids don't suffer from this so much, but good ones are rare to find.

For most viewers, porn has to be exciting (= adrenaline). But ecstasy ≠ adrenaline, hence genuine MMO vids are mostly not that exciting for most viewers (and thus not demanded & widespread).

I can see porn of women having fantastic multiple orgasms. I can even find some that are genuine, with real women, not plastic porn actors.

OK - I signed up for a pornhub amount, and will just edit the start/end of the video and upload in about 3 hours when I'm home. Ideally, i could put in some subtitles too to explain whats going on. That's not what happens usually. But if I've been in a session for a long time (eg. more than 90 minutes) and I have a smaller toy in like Peridise, then I can usually edge to the point of no return and feel the ejaculationg reflex but stop it before it goes too far. So it's like a combination of MMO and regular orgasm/ejaculation. It takes good control, but the feeling is pretty intense. After a few times of that though, all the pressure is gone and I go into the refractory period (and wait to try again another day!).
