I was wondering if the lower tan tien is related to the energy we feel as aneros users.

When doing belly breathing also known as deep breathing through the nose the aneros user can experience sexual energy within his belly region.

I believe arousal is one key to awakening this energy, but I was wondering if anyone has had success or knows if we can move this energy through the microcosmic orbit?
