Hard to say what the cause might be. I tend to believe though that the Aneros provides a stimulating marker for your brain to focus upon during early nipple stim. The actual rewiring probably takes place inside your brain. Once you've got that nailed it seems to work Aneroslessly.

More than possible, Jay - it's pretty certain. Undergoing re-wiring via the prostate route (Aneros) is likely to hugely enliven the nipples and eventually set them up as very effective orgasm trigger points. Taking the anal route (Peridise) is also likely to achieve the same result - certainly in my case.

Cultivate those nipples - their role in promoting the most outrageous super-Os cannot be overplayed.

I strongly concur with Mog on this. As a matter of fact I had written about this particular aspect of rewiring in long ago. This occurred for me a year or two into my journey. The way that it is for me now, nipple stimulation brings about the initial sensation locally followed by the other sensations a fraction of a second later.
