Short answer: Depends on your expectations of Vice. If you expect a great enhancement to conventional sex, solo or partnered, you'll certainly get that. On the other hand, if you expect to Super-O with it, the learning curve may well be steeper and longer for Vice than for any other Aneros device.

it took me while the first time maybe hour my ass was getting sore inside an my muscle hurting form all the contracting i was doing

tj246: Don't go overboard on the contractions. It's not a battering ram you've got there but a tickling stick.

You'll get much better results with slow, gentle movements than with swift hard ones. If your body takes over with an involuntary movement, don't fight it or try to help it. Just let it happen.

(Still a newbie myself, but I am starting to get somewhere.)
