i read with interest your post re your first s o [ a-less ] and would you please confirm my understanding of your breathing technique.
at the stage where clench and hold for 15 seconds then let go .........is that the end of the routine.??
do you you relax and 'do nothing'??

Hi smaster, first of all I want to thank you for bringing back that breathing technique to my mind. Having reread that chapter I'm really in anticipation to practice the technique again as soon as I will find time. To answer your question, you were fully right, or to quote from the book at length:
15. Keep clenching for about fifteen seconds, and then let go.
16. Now, here’s the hardest part of the Clench and Hold for most people: have no expectations. Don’t try to make anything happen. You have given yourself a huge gift of openness and energy. Just be.

since reading your post i have practised clench and hold along with relaxation and rhythmic breathing through the mouth during my sessions with very good results.
i have read and been aware of tao and tantric routines for quite some time but have never really focused or grasped the power of breathing and its affects on the body until i recently started my aneros sessions.
i am amazed by the exquisite hands free sensations that can be achieved with so little effort.
what has surprised me since i started is that i seem to be getting better results during my a/iess sessions than with my devices inserted.
i have fantastic 'edging ' phases and feel i am almost to the point of tipping over into anal and prostate orgasm [ at present my tipping over results in non pleasurable climatic clamping with quivers and shaking........ no orgasmic bliss; but still very enjoyable.
having indulged in penile stim. sex for about 60 yrs this new way is like another world to me........... a real game changer.

Thank you too, @smaster, since rereading and practising that technique again, I've reached a new milestone in affecting my vibes. Especially by overpowering my involuntaries and focusing on the vibes themselves, an awesome power of bliss waved through my abdomen and spread out to my whole body.

But don't go as far as to deny yourself to touch your penis at all. Only do it in a new way, more to the end of a session and only if you feel at least a little urge to do so. For example put a single finger on your frenulum and one finger on your nipple, or cup your scrotch and put your other palm on your heart area. Then again, do nothing, expect nothing, let go and let the vibes flow!

great........another new way forward on the journey.
this breathing technique is amazingly powerful.................combined with feather light nipple play, i can enter the pleasure zone anywhere ,any time within seconds and remain there for as long as desired.
