My Helix Syn arrives Thursday 4/12. I am an older guy (70), how should I "break it in" and how should I prepare myself?

Age doesn't really make any difference! I suggest you read through the Aneros WIKI, especially the Getting Started section and then followup by investigating some of the links I included in my introductory PM to you (click on your "Messges" button to retrieve it).
Good Vibes to You !

@matureman I'm soon to be 67 and loving every minute! IMHO, sex comes-and-goes but Aneros lasts a lifetime! Welcome! It will be interesting to read how you will be progressing! Please keep posting and don't hesitate to ask questions! We are all here to help one another!

"Should" might not be the best mindset to use since Aneros use doesn't have many 'rules'. Each individual gets to establish his own usage regime but you can see what other users are doing in the Community Polls -> How long is just right to ride your Aneros? & How frequently do you use your massager?. Generally, IMHO, letting at least a day pass between sessions to allow a prostate rest period and to assimilate the subconscious learning process taking place (the 'rewiring') is a beneficial routine.

@matureman, welcome to the journey. I'm another 70 year old using Aneros. I'm a newbie with only 6 months using the Anerros. Like @rumal said just enjoy the journey. Read the Wiki and enjoy discovering your prostate, anus and your nipples. I have discovered that my nipples are very sensitive. During each session focus on the feeling from your prostate and try to encourage the feelings. Hope you have fun and enjoy the discovery.
