Totally agree with @Doublea70 & Theme_Gasm! Progasm is so amazing, hits you hard and deep while filling. Strengthen those kegels for extra wow!

I'm also pretty new on my journey here, and I too started with the Progasm. I was able to get some pretty nice feelings from it, but I didn't break the barrier and become orgasmic until I tried a Helix. The Helix was a lot easier to practice and learn with for me, and it was a great stepping stone to having orgasms with the Progasm.

The Progasm can really ring my bell now, but the Helix is so much easier to learn with, in my opinion. It also seems like the Progasm is a lot more effective after getting myself warmed up with the Helix.

I would recommend buying a Helix if you have the means. It's a great pairing with the Progasm for a begginer (at least that's my opinion).

@jtokle I appreciate what you say with having different versions. I have seen that lots of people on here have more than one. I will have to look at other ones in the near future. Expand my options as it were!

JUst started tossing out a lot of my other toys and spending more satisfying time with my progasm. Using aneros's now 15 years my first 2 from were small from high island health. Friend introduced me to the progasm knowing I was quite active as a teenager enjoy analsex. Now I enjoy a nice pegging session 1-2 times a month

Funny thing, I also just bought the Progasm (Ice), and wanted to share it. It arrived in the mail today, actually.Have read so many threads and posts and opinions about it that I could not help myself from ordering one, and when I opened the box it was like a thrilling feeling of joy, like a kid on christmas eve, haha.

One of the major problems for me was keeping the Progasm in place. It would slip out whenever things started getting interesting. Having to constantly adjust it really impeded my progress as a beginner.

The Progasm now stays in place all on its own. I don't even have to actively try to keep it in. I guess that just comes with time.

I have a progasm jr and have been using it for a few weeks. So far I get many fluttering of pleasant sensations but nothing like what other have described. I guess I am just a slow learner.
