I purchased a Helix about 3 weeks ago. I have been lurking on this forum for about a year now and have been fascinated by the concept of a "Super-O". Shortly after discovering this forum I bought a book at the local bookstore about multiple male orgasms. I also decided to try to work on my PC muscles and anal contractions. I have not yet finished my book...but I have had some interesting results anero-less working my PC and anal muscles.

I am typically able to produce large amounts of pre cum when I work my PC and anal muscles. A couple of nights ago I experieced involuntary PC muscle spasms as I went through my routine. It was very nice but nothing earth shattering. This was also anero-less.

Since I have purchased my helix I have used it about 3 or 4 times (it is tough to find the alone time).

Last night I had some time to my self and gave the helix a good test run. I started off emptying my bowels and then a quick tapwater enema. I was a little excited as I had pre cum flowing during the enema. A quick rinse in the shower and I started to lube up. I have read many posts by users about injecting lube before putting the aneros in so I put in about 5ml of lube. I then lubed the outside of my anus and coated the helix generously. Insertion was no problem...slid right in. I did a quick flex and felt the tell tale warmth/need to pee feeling of something rubbing against my prostate.

I then proceded to the bed and turned on some music/meditative noise (sex pack of MP3's from idoser.com). I was listening to these MP3's when I experienced my PC muscle spasms a couple of nights ago so I figured it couldn't hurt to listen to them with the helix in. I laid back and just tried to relax. I worked on my breathing (slow deep breaths to calm myself). I worked on my contactions of my PC and anal muscles and the pre cum started flowing.

I mainly stayed on my back (I have modified my helix to take the tail off) and I kind of lost track of time. Not because of extacy from the helix but I think mostly because of the MP3's I was listening to. There was one point when I decided that it was too difficult to concentrate on the music and the working of my muscles and concentrating on the various feelings all at the same time so I tried to concentrate on the contractions and what it felt like while that was going on.

There were a couple of moments last night where I started to feel like I was going down the road to an orgasm but it felt like it was at the very very beginning of the process of what I feel when I masturbate or have sex with the wife. I would try to concentrate on that and it would start to dissapate. *frustrating*. I worked on trying to bring that feeling along by breathing faster. It helped a little bit but still the feeling would go away. I got to a spot where I had coordinated my muscle contractions such that the PC muscle would go first (voluntary) and then while holding that the anal muscle would contract (voluntary) and I would hold both for a few seconds then relax them both for a few seconds and then do it again. I got some good strokes of the helix that way.

After about 1.5 hrs I decided it was time to end the session and get something to eat. I took a quick survey of the area and noticed that I had produced the most pre cum that I have ever produced. I wandered into the shower and took matters into my own hands. I had enough pre cum to coat my penis and enjoy a nice manual orgasm. Lots of cum and vocals.

Not a bad session but I want more.

Later on in the evening I found out that had not cleared all of the liquid from my enema and I think that this may have been part of my problem this last nights session not being more successful.

I am not discouraged because I know I can produce the involuntary contractions even without the aneros. I am looking forward to my next session and working to that "Super-O".

Hey BCDude!

You are on the right way and I am happy to support you, keep experimenting you will get there.

In addition I would like to offer you some food for thought, when having sex for the most part partners warm themselves up in order to get ready, in general if you "warm up" well you will "end up" well since you begin to open up and enjoy each other. Your aneros experience in the beginning is something like that where you need to warm your body up and allow it to get used to the new way you want for it to respond. It's like diving for the first time, your friends say ohh it's so cool to go this deep and you say - "you know I will practice in the shallow water" until I feel safe. Same goes for your body response, you say ohh lets go deep and your body says "sorry but who knows what happens, we need to find out what monsters live there first =) ".

I reality you want to do something your body never did and it is going to be very careful about letting you have that experience, since body has a mind of it's own and it has to deal with everything you do to it it always starts in defensive stance when introduced to something new and as it makes sure it's safe then you will have green light. If you force it a bit it will grab on to anything it can to keep from loosing it's stable position and you will not have any result.

Welcome to the forum BCDude...

You are on the right track, just remember to relax, don't push anything at all. The more you try the more elusive it becomes. Enjoy yourself, have fun, enjoy your own body.

Don't have any preconceived ideas of what it should be. Once your body and mind are rewired, you will enjoy "O"'s. probably in your case, with, and without the Aneros. It just seems like you are on the right track with you explanation from the post.

Welcome BCDude,

It sounds like you are on the right path to achieving a super-orgasm. However, as others have said don't FORCE anything. You can't force the sensations to come otherwise they disappear. The best piece of advice is to just RELAX and let your body do whatever it wants. Love every moment of it and don't try to force anything. "Ride the waves" so to speak.

Take care and Good Luck!! 8)
