i have the helix among other modles. and i will personally tell you. it slips in like a glove and stays in. the only way ive gotten it to come out without me pulling it out was making a hefty bowl movement even then it likes to stay on the spot. since these run on your own contractions ive found it next to improbable to hurt yourself. i use the tempo as well which is stainless steel. youve got nothing to worrie about. just coat the helix with lube put a drop or two inside the colon and have fun.

Your right, it does slip in like a glove. No problems there, went first time. I would say it feels not very comfortable so far. I had no super feelings or anything. Probably early days yet. Might be best to till I get aroused first. I would have expected some form of discharge, prostate milking. Is there a chat room here. Often helps discussing these things live.

I have several models, and like most, I own a Helix. The only model I've had any issues with popping out, is the Progasm. I VERY much enjoy all the models I own but, of the three Aneros devices I have, the Helix is most definitely my favorite.

I have never hade the Progasm popping out. It is the most pleasureable of mine, but I have other models too.

I learned a wiggle trick combined with a curving motion, after some painful trial and error but, I only use it to get the device inserted. I'm going to try the wiggle once I have it fully inserted on my next Progasm session.
