New sensations indicate progress?

I had a longer session today after a month or so of no sessions. I haven't really had a ton of progress since I started using the Aneros. But today, after a nothing special session, I noticed kind of a lingering sensation in mainly three areas. It felt like a bit of a fluttering around the sphincter as well as the prostate, and a slight tingle at the penis. With concentration I could intensify these. Are these signs of progress and possible indication of better things to come? Thank you!

I find I make progress in every session. I've been at it for just about 1.5 weeks. The key is relaxing, trying not to be much of an active participant beyond amplifying your p-waves. Then pay close attention to the sensations, and really pay attention to how they feel and what contractions are contributing to those feelings. Part of re-wiring is letting your brain experience these things. It has one goal - to be fed with pleasure inducing chemicals. Each time you feel something positive, your brain essentially takes note and will try to help you get to that point again in the future. I feel like everytime I do a session (its been 1-2 times a day for me), I find it easier and easier to get to the most pleasurable moments. I had my first mini prostate orgasm yesterday. Then last night I was in bed doing aless, fell asleep and woke up right at the edge of a prostate orgasm. I inserted the Eupho and had two more small prostate orgasms. When I woke this morning I had the warm waves of being right at the edge again. You need to give into the process and trust your brain will rewire. It will.
