Hi guys,

I am new on the block. Bought an Aneros Progasm and it has just arrived!

I am excited to start using it and have been reading lots of topics with very exciting results.

One thing which I am a bit confused on is how to actually use it. I have read the instructions and it seems too simple just to lie there and contract the PC muscles? Is there a position I should be doing for my first few tries? How often do I need to do it to see results?

Well, you do have to learn to just lie there and breath into your belly. Try different positions and see which ones you get the tiniest of sensations. It all starts there and takes patience. I am a gay male. I'm not new to ass play, just new to Aneros. Do you think the pleasure of the Aneros is better than just getting a pounding from another guy? Or is it just a completely different feeling?

The Progasm is great, but it took me a bit of work to get in the first time. They recommend that you lie on your side with one leg bent up toward your chest and the other leg straight. This position worked well for me. Now I use a variety of different positions to insert. It just takes a little practice.
