Besides just waiting another day to see if it will be corrected, no I don't have any other answers for you. You did the right thing by e-mailing Aneros support, so at least they are aware of your problem. There are some areas in the forum that do not function properly yet and default account settings that are different than what was previously set. So I'm guessing the software upgrade here is still being worked on. Keep your eye on the following thread.

Thanks Support! That is all helpful and the last is great news! Quite the adventure we are all on together. For those of us also on KSMO, this has some familiarity since KSMO has been on the previous vB system and we are about to upgrade to vB4 over there too!
