Need some clarification (about session frequency)

Hey, I've heard that people recommend no more than 3 sessions a week. I wondered if this includes aneros-less sessions?

I'm asking because i'm able to have super-o's almost on demand, without aneros inserted. It's quite hard to resist having them because it gets easier and easier to achieve them (I must be rewired right?).

I'm just kind of scared if I am overloading my brain or something, because these super o's feel so good its crazy. Is the 3 day "rule" about physically touching your prostate or about the orgasms themselves?

Sorry if the question is weird, I'm not even sure how common super o's on demand are... :S

tekals,

I think you are very fortunate to be able to have Super-O's on demand with or without an Aneros inserted. As to frequency of Aneros use, there are no real rules here. The recommendation for limiting Aneros use to at least every other day stems from a couple of concerns.

1.) For new users, having some time between sessions enhances the subconscious/conscious assimilation/integration of the new sensations. New experiences need to have a bit of time for the brain to establish new neural connections, these are new neural pathways you are creating (the rewiring effect). Over time these connections are strengthened to the point of becoming almost automatic and well integrated into your psyche. Once well established, you can have Anerosessions whenever you'd like.

2.) Too frequent or too prolonged usage may lead to a desensitization of the nerves surrounding the prostate. This desensitization effect could then lead one to try more vigorous stimulation to achieve the same perceived level of pleasure, setting yourself up for potential injury.

Now with that being said, veteran/experienced users will have learned much about their bodies and how to read their own sensations and emotional feelings on a 24/7 basis. You will know when your body (not your ego) is desirous of having an actual Anerosession, so listen to the signals it sends to your brain for guidance on when to have a physical Anerosession.

One of the extremely nice benefits of one's rewiring is the ability to have Aneros-less sessions virtually anywhere and at any time. IMHO, this is the natural physical/emotional state for a man. I think you can enjoy these A-less sessions as frequently and often as you'd like without fear of doing any harm or negative rewiring to yourself. If you have the time and opportunity to have daily Super-O's A-less, then you are, indeed, a lucky man. I envy your ability and believe you should Super-O to your hearts content without fear or guilt.
Good Vibes to You !

During my a-less sessions I "do" two things. 1. Focus on the super-o "feeling/wave" - something that manifests it more and more. 2. Muscles move because of it, even though I focus on 100% relaxing.

What I can tell from no. 2, is that the muscles around the prostate seems to massage it some. (At least to me - that is noticable) So a-less is also sort of physical prostate stimuli. Just not from an exogen device.

Just a few thoughts related to your question.. My two pennies:)

Thanks for your reply. I guess nr 1 doesn't apply to me anymore. Nr 2 can't possibly be a problem either. I mean there is no need for vigorous stimulation for me to achieve pleasure. In fact less seems better.

Among the things that I love about super-o's are that they give me no guilt. Unlike ejaculation which gives me this. But I'm still a little afraid of them because they are so powerful.

I feel like my prostate is "on alert" at all times, this tingling pleasurable feeling. Kind of annoying at times. The only thing I know that calms this is traditional ejaculation, but I like to abstain from it.

I guess so. Those men who think prostate play is gay are surely missing out.

Yes, this is what I do. I focus on the good feeling and it just grows and grows until it turns into a super-o.

I guess you are right about the muscles moving, but this must be light stimulation compared to the aneros itself. So I'm not sure if the prostate can get sore from that?

Oh well soreness is one thing, I'm more worried about effects on the brain.

Three sessions a week sounds safe. The important aspect is making sure orgasms don't become addicting - which isn't tricky when one works every day, and stress of life can naturally provide a blockade from it all from time to time.

In other words, don't let yourself be saturated by arousal during the day.
Also, interesting you mention feeling guilt from masturbation, which my topic recently questioned.
