Hey there. I have owned the sgx, mgx, and helix. I have used them on and off for a while. My main problem is the P-Tab. On all 3 models it causes discomfort. I have tried using things to make it more comfortable but I think the pressure alone causes the discomfort, not just how narrow it is. The wiki says the aneros will create the "super T" right out of the box. The P-tab discomfort not only didn't improve the orgasm, but ruined it.

I'm considering buying the Lelo Billy. Do you know what that is? If not it's on amazon, and you can look at it. I want to purchase this because it doesn't have the p-tab to cause discomfort but has the vibrations to stimulate the prostate. In your opinion do you think this is a good purchase?

i have a lelo billy its new i do like it its a bit wham bahm thank you mam though the vibrations are strong and bring on a prostate orgasm very quickly but its a very well built piece of kit and half the price of the vice but i would stick to aneros for prolonged sessions but go for it. on the p tab issue put a bulb from a droper on it available at any pharmacy i modified a nodule on a cock ring and stretched it over the p tab works great

A local fellow I know swears by the Lelo BIlly as being very well designed for internal prostate massage. I've never tried it and have not achieved super orgasms either, so I can't speak one way or another about it.
