I have had the most difficult time attempting to reach the Super-O. One thing that of which I understand is that one must come to involuntary anal twitching to help reach this. However, I have tried contractions for hours and had no twitching effect. I need help or better instructions onto how to reach Super-O.

Hi xblade88,

Welcome to the Forum,

The frustration you are experiencing is a very common phenomenon with new Aneros users. I could be completely wrong here but I detect an attitude of expectation in your post.
“… attempting to reach the Super-O” implies you may be chasing after this experience, IMHO you need to allow the Super-O to come to you by putting yourself in the physical and mental state to accept the experience. Your statement “ … one must come to involuntary anal twitching to help reach this.” is a bit restrictive. There are many different approaches that may lead you in a successful direction, but please don’t get hung-up thinking there is a “must” technique to be employed. Involuntary anal twitching is an often cited step in the process but it is not always a precursor to a Super-O. Repeating contractions for hours may be building muscle tone, strength and endurance, all good things, but if you are concentrating on the exercise you may be ignoring the subtle feelings/sensations that your prostate is trying to echo back to you. My advice is to just forget about reaching the Super-O for now and focus upon enjoying the whispered P-waves being generated. One small tip that helped me when I was experimenting with techniques was ‘B Mayfield’s suggestion about holding a low level contraction, just try holding it for a long period, eventually muscle fatigue sets in and involuntary contractions follow most of the time for me. I hope this and the PM help you get something going.
