To help with cleaning/enema, I use some natural stuff that causes me to poop within 30 minutes. Then an enema. Then a prostate massage.

Option 1:

a slice of bread with 1 clove of garlic

Option 2:

A cup of coffee with 8 round peppers (green or black, ground do dust)

 

These are mild and with few if any side effects.
