My first time with aneros Helix Classic

My first experience with aneros helix Classic.

I DID NO PENILE STIMULATION WHAT'S SO EVER THROUGH THE PROCESS.

I started off with regular breathing and focused on my anal region and my prostate.

I Induced some concentrations by will and then did nothing. Once in while I will contract on purpose and at certain times not at all.
