my first real super-o

I had my first real super-o last night.

last night at around 10 pm, I tried the aneros maximus trident for an hour, I didn’t get the super-o. I kept doing the pelvic exercise, I felt a bit of sensation, but no super-o, so I stopped after 1 hour.
