So, I did a lot of research on prostate massage before deciding to order an Aneros Helix Syn. It finally arrived today and boy, am I glad I took the bold leap....in fact I think it was "one small step for me, one giant leap for my prostate".
Even though I'd seen and read people's experiences with it (and other Aneros products), I was still a little sceptical when it came to use it for the first time. I had read that guys had used it for months and not got a single reaction, so I was fully prepared to be patient and give it time. I ordered some water based lube, which arrived with it, but I also planned to use Vaseline on the Helix itself, just to make sure! I covered the Helix in Vaseline, then in the lube. Turning my attention to my anus (which I'm very familiar with), I lubed outside and inside. On the instructions that come with the Helix, it talks about laying on you side with one knee up to your chest to insert, but I didn't think that this was totally necessary so I tried to insert it just bending over....and it worked, in fact in went in as though it knew where it was going!
I didn't plan on taking too much time on my first go as I didn't really expect anything to happen. I made myself comfortable on the bed with pillows and towels and followed the 'do nothing' advice, while breathing and trying to stay relaxed and calm. There isn't a clock in the bedroom, but I guess it was probably after about 20 or 30 minutes that my groin and thighs started to twitch, not a lot but enough for me to realise that it was involuntary. It felt good.....it felt really good, but it didn't stop there. The contractions (if that's what they are) or twitching got at lot more intense over the next little while, then they would stop. I was very relaxed and really happy to 'go with it' and let my body take control. My penis was erect for a lot of this(and felt great to touch, as was my scrotum), then when the contractions subsided it would become less hard....lots of pre-cum too. I could also feel what was more than likely, my prostate, which seemed to be dancing around like a ballerina. I think that had I had more time, an orgasm was pretty likely. Although saying that, when I had finished, 2 hours had gone by and it really only seemed like an hour at the most.
I took the Helix out and my whole body was tingling. I can't wait for next time, if the first is anything to go by the super-o is only a matter of time.
