Hey gents.

Today I share my fastest A-Less PF sequence to ascend to prostate orgasm. In this sequence it will feel like you are squeezing from below.

As opposed to my simplest sequence in my other post,this one targets certain areas at certain intensity levels. The result for me was reaching the top step in around 5 or 6 mins.Sometimes when I was in a pinch,this enabled me to get in,grab the pleasure and get out again in 10-30 mins. I don’t always have the luxury of 3 hrs to devote to sessions like some lucky members,so I streamlined things.

From a cold start,I’d apply around 50% anchored tension coming up from the levatator ani.

However,the bulbo muscle would anchor at around 20% targeted at the bottom.,The hold should feel ‘below the penis base’,down deep in the perineum.
So with the hold in place,I start to contract my sphincter every 1/2 to 1 second,so a decent pace  visualising it and the levatator working together to slingshot energy  upward. The sphincter contraction should be maybe 50%- 75% force,go by feel.

I will contract the bulbo/top end of the pc but only 10% or so. In this sequence,the sphincter is driving the bus. As I ascend the steps to orgasm,when I feel it starting to build,I back off the bulbo contraction and focus of keeping the tension in place. This can make it feel like your penis (erect in my case) is straining to reach something up high.

The key is to keep the holds and the sphincter contractions in  a steady rhythm,and let orgasm come,no need to change things up,you can lower the intensity of the S C’s at orgasm,and when it wanes,re-up the Sphincter and bulbo contractions to the starting parameters. Repeat for as long as you need,like,can or what ever.

As always,learn to do this in the background while the mind wanders to arousing things or watch or listen to what gets you off.

That's great, also easy to feel/visualize. For me it's easier to feel the effect of the contraction, rather than focusing on contracting the muscle itself. I see it as trying to "fill up" the penis and not letting it deflate. 

The method you posted is great, it's really worth a try !

Visualisation for the win. Very important when assigning commands for things. And just another route to the promised land. I like different routes as they bring different sensations, intensity and speed.
