My experience is disappointment: I ordered the Special package last Friday. It's now Wednesday, and I've been notified that it's finally about to be shipped.

My advice is to try to get your products by some other method than the unreliable shipping service that this online site seems to use. It's no fun getting all excited about the product and finding that they're in no hurry to ship it.

Dear DirkVA,

It will exceed your expectations, believe me. I was as excited to get mine as you are, along with the fact that I was worried about how the package would come in the mail. All was worry for nothing. Take your time with it (them) and have a riot.

The support with Aneros is great, so use them whenever you feel the need.

I have made two orders and both arrived prior to the time indicated on the website. I am please with the mail order system.

My experience has been that the actual delivery is *extremely* prompt. I have however noticed that the shipping notifictions are tardy. I actually received my shipping notification email after I received the product.

Personally, I find this amusing.

I ordered mine on a Monday in the PM and when I got home Thursday PM it was setting in the mail box waiting on me. It said 5 biz days but came in 4.

Now I just have to get one of those GREAT CLIMAXES

It feels good but so far no climax but I have only used it once so.....

Ordered a Helix on June 27 Priority Mail. Received it June 29.
Live in a suburb of Minneapolis/St. Paul.

It's possible HIH was out of stock of your item(s)when you ordered. Also, do you live outside of a large metropolitan area? Sometimes, if you live outside of a large metropolitan area, it might take longer to receive items.

My guess is HIH (Aneros) was out of stock for some reason.
