My alternative to nipple stim

My rewiring process has been underway for just over a year now.

I've read a lot of accounts of people using nipple stimulation here but for me personally it's never done all that much for me.
I have developed a trigger spot of my own which I manipulate with varying degrees of pressure to edge me along at certain times with my aneros inserted.
The point lies on the pubic bone, right where the top side of my cock meets my pubic bone at the base of the shaft- or more exactly- where a womans clitoris would be located..

Lying on my stomach with the fingers of one hand on this spot I can gently circle or grind into that spot depending on my mood and ride waves of warm liquid pleasure..
I found this spot partly through intuition and experimentation- and then I read an article on external abdominal prostate massage which notes this as a pressure point connected to the prostate.

That sounds like a nice spot I will definitely try it. For me it was all in the legs. Flexing quads to calves to toes really started to get the vibes started. When i first started in august i couldnt get past the anxiety. I tried the do-nothing and one night it introduced the p-waves,by just relaxing and willing to try something new. Then i was stuck till i tried working my muscles. PC/BC are where i started and it didnt generate a lot i pleasure but introduced new sensations. I was learning what worked for me. I have always been a runner so once i started to flex my legs it was a whole new story, i feel into a crescendo. I felt like i bridged the gap, the twitches/vibes/sensations were uncontrollable. The next day i tried to do kegels and had to stop from the pleasure. I enjoy all of it but idk if im going to fast and missing something. How long did it take you to find this method/have you tried others?

Nipple stimulation has always worked for me, but this does sound interesting. So I decided to give it a try with my Tempo while sitting in my office chair and wow, to my surprise, it really works. Lots of pleasurable feelings in no time at all. Thanks for sharing. It's always nice to discover another pleasure spot you didn't know you had.

Great to hear people making progress and further discovery with this! Ever since I began using aneros I felt a need for pressure in this region. Grinding my pelvis into the bed was just the beginning. Rubbing and pushing into this spot is a constant source of pleasure for me. Today in my session I balled my hand into a fist beneath me as I lay on my front and ground my "clit spot" into the knuckle of my thumb...heavenly!

I too have never gotten much from self nipples play, have always enjoyed a partners caress of the nipple but never any pleasure from touching them myself, I am looking forward to trying this new spot out! Thanks for the tip!

By the way, is it the pubic bone itself you massage or is it the muscle/tissue above.
and do you massage it or is it more like putting constant pressure on the spot?

cko23 it is worth experimenting with pressure around this area to see what works for you individually but for me the spot is below the pubic bone itself - right at the spot where the top side of my cock meets my pubis. Sometimes I massage and press occasionally to get the good vibes happening. Other times I press hard into this region. Depends on my mood. Good luck!

After my last session I discovered something wonderful. Normally the best position for me when I am playing with my aneros is to lie on my front.

This time I decided to try lying on my back and with my aneros inserted I stretched my legs as FAR apart as possible. I could feel my groin muscles stretching and suddenly warm sweet sensations built up quickly and my prostate came alive with excitement after only a few minutes. The stretching of these groin muscles is definitely part of my new play regime. Give it a try for yourself!
