I just received my copy in the mail and this looks to be the first aneros "instruction manual" for those looking. I have not read it but the topics and photos are surely going to be helpful for those that are struggling!!

A step-by-step guide to using cannabis and prostate massage for multiple male orgasms
Revealing the importance of the prostate as a sex organ, Cliff Dunning details how to awaken the prostate using internal massage, intention, and microdosing with cannabis. He also explores the ability of particular strains of cannabis to increase sexual pleasure, sensitize the genitals, and trigger powerful multiple orgasms through the endocannabinoid system.
• Details how to awaken the prostate using internal massage techniques, intention, and microdosing with cannabis
• Examines the importance of the prostate as a sex organ and why maintaining its good health is vital for overall wellness and longevity
• Explores the ability of particular strains of cannabis to increase sexual pleasure, sensitize the genitals, and trigger potent orgasms
The secret to multiple male orgasms has been discovered. At the root of this multi- orgasmic pleasure is the prostate gland (the male G-spot) as well as cannabinoids, a group of chemical compounds found in cannabis that relax the mind and body, sensitize the genitals, and arouse the prostate gland.
In this step-by-step guide, Cliff Dunning details how to awaken the prostate, or P-spot, using internal massage, intention, and microdosing with cannabis in order to experience powerful multiple orgasms. He examines the importance of the prostate as a sex organ, why maintaining its good health is vital for overall wellness and longevity, and the role the prostate plays in sexual satisfaction as well as why men need regular orgasms.
Examining how cannabis can act as an aphrodisiac, the author explores its ability to increase sexual pleasure, lower inhibitions, enhance blood flow, open neural pathways, sensitize the genitals, and trigger potent orgasms through the endocannabinoid system of the human body. He investigates the cannabis strains developed to induce high states of arousal and explains how to use this plant medicine as a sexual sacrament to activate pleasure centers and open the door to multiple orgasms. He details techniques for successfully stimulating the prostate to nonejaculatory orgasm with internal massage, including specific recommendations for prostate massagers. He also discusses the many health benefits of multiple orgasms, including not only reproductive health but also psychological balance, personal development, and new levels of consciousness.
Offering a road map to multiple male orgasms and sexual wellness, this guide reveals the prostate and cannabis as the keys to a lifetime of sexual pleasure.

@the_bishop might be right!
Because the Chapter 3 of the book uses this picture
I guess the author was/is a member of Aneros Community!?

My money is on Poseidon, techpump and one or two others who’ve posted about weed and sessions.
It looks a good read. Does it teach ppl how to microdose, what to take and how much? I guess it’s great for experienced weed consumers.
Will it benefit those who don’t or won’t use weed whether personal choice or who are subject to drug testing at work?
The only major pitfall I’d see with this is getting pinned down to only being successful while using weed. I’m sure there’s been comments on posts saying that whilst weed worked,it made sessions without, worse than they had been pre-weed. I hope people keep in touch with sober sessions too.
Will e copies be available to buy on Amazon etc?
Last question..Why is it a big secret? Can’t you just say “Hey guys! I wrote a freakin’ book!” 😉

Yeah I've experienced that, it was basically pointless trying to have a session without it. Getting high releases a lot of dopamine, and over time your brain can adjust itself around that, regulating the receptors and whatnot. I loved the sessions I had with weed, but I really didn't like needing it.

I am unfortunately one of those people who can't get Dry-O's without using the magical powers of THC.
Since I live in a country where cannabis is not allowed, I sometimes go a few weeks without weed. I only feel a little bit of pleasure when I'm sober. I have tried CBD which is legal in my country, but it doesn't work much better than sober.
However, with weed... I find myself in (artificial?) orgasm heaven with Super-O's at almost every session.
Not a problem. I hope ppl starting out give it a good try sober and without any other ‘cheat codes’ just so as not to come unstuck when they’re without them. But hey, if it’s working, have at it!
I’ll try weed myself in the future if it’s edible to see what it’s about,i’m not a purist by any means. 😉
Thank you for this find, I downloaded it from Amazon today, I’ve read about 50% so far.
I think it’s a good read for beginners whether they use cannabis or not. Having used cannabis during the rewiring process but not that experienced with cannabis, I definitely learned a few things.
A personal note about cannabis use and prostate massage. When I started this journey in December 2020, I solely used the Aneros wiki as my guide. It talked about cannabis use and I decided to try edibles while learning with my Helix Syn. The very first try I experienced pleasure and fast forward 10 months I considered myself pretty much rewired.
The following November my wife and went on vacation for a couple of weeks and of course no cannabis. Brought my Eupho but no cannabis. Well to my surprise I had some of the most enlightening prostate experiences to date. I didn’t need any drugs to feel this way, it was great !
I believe (and this is nothing new…), that it’s all in our minds. I was on vacation on a beautiful tropical island with my gorgeous wife without a care in the world and voila multiple orgasms on demand. This was a game changer. Rest, relaxation, exercise, breathing, sunshine was all that was required.
Do I still use, yes, but very little and probably even less now after reading this book. However I don’t need it all the time to experience intense pleasure.

Be careful. Cannabis itself is not really addictive. But THC orgasms are.
Im already addicted to orgasms! 😉

That’s a pretty important take-away. It’s good to hear from someone who can get up there without gear too. Personally I hope most guys learn the craft sober for 12-18 mths before considering external help. There’s enough obstacles to progress without noobs thinking it’s the only way to get there.
I think it is fine to use marijuana as a crutch, even early on, if anything just to see the light and believe it exists. That is, even if you end up in the loop of being stuck using weed to get results, that is better than trying without weed and getting no results to the point of discouragement and even disbelief. Weed is a pretty harmless drug for most, provided it isn't abused or regularly smoked (edibles are better, for your pulmonary health), and when it is legal (or not dangerously illegal) to get. Many people drink to relax, and having a glass of wine is hardly any different than ingesting a couple milligrams of thc. Of course ideally no drugs are necessary, but we are all different and for some folk they are necessary occasionally, or apparently even all the time. Using drugs doesn't take away the validity of one's experience, however. That is the interesting thing about psychoactive drugs and their therapeutic potential as well their dangers: the ups and downs felt on them are very real...
Not to mention the fact that if a person has been using weed for many years (47 years in my case) and discovers prostate massage long after cannabis, well, it's completely inconceivable to try it while sober.
I just finished reading the book and found it nicely informative. I didn't discover any new information or approaches that haven't already been discussed in this forum at one time or another but that shouldn't be considered a criticism. Mr. Dunning has done an excellent job of extracting most of the essential aspects of the journey to prostate orgasms which have been repeatedly spoken about on this forum for years. For men who are new to this practice this book will be a welcome introduction.
The basic premise of this book is using cannabis as an arousal generator, I know this can be effective but it is not the only path one can follow. Microdosing other psychedelics can have similar effects to the process he describes so in that respect his book would be relevant substituting magic mushrooms for cannabis as well.
While I think his emphasis on setting intention was a good idea, I wish he had also mentioned more than once the need to suspend 'expectations' and be patient with the rewiring process.
I think it has value and I have added it to the list of books in the Aneros WIKI.
Surely the writer of this book is a member of this forum?
Yes, he mentions it in the book but he doesn't disclose his forum name.
That's very interesting ! Is there any good info for people who are seeking Super-Os sober, or it's a cannabis-only book ?
It's pretty much cannabis emphasis for building arousal/awareness.
Does it teach ppl how to microdose, what to take and how much?
Only vaguely, there is no mention of mg. dosage amounts, only reference to one large inhalation and hold for as long as you can.
Will it benefit those who don’t or won’t use weed whether personal choice or who are subject to drug testing at work?
I think it is limited to those who feel/know cannabis may be useful for them.

I agree, while being able to achieve these orgasms completely sober is probably the ideal, some men may never be able to get there without a little help so they should not be denied that opportunity.

MG site I think and the author of this book push the use of drugs. I never really hear anyone talk of any (if any) downsides. I have a separate question since I like to see things from both sides. Is there any danger in using Weed, mushrooms etc The downside isn’t talked about much, but the downside of prostate play such as kundalini is sometimes.
I remember ppl having very bad ‘trips’ on these things as a kid. With some of the ways the body is pushed on the journey, can these bad trips coupled with prostate play cause issues?
Is there any danger in using Weed, mushrooms etc
As with any drug, there are some people who will have negative reactions or will be allergic to some of these compounds. Generally speaking from a physical standpoint the traditional psychedelics are some of the safest compounds a person can take. However, from a psychological perspective these drugs may have profound effects forever altering a persons world view and psyche. People who have or may be prone to schizophrenia or bi-polar disease should definitely avoid these compounds as it may lead them into full blown psychotic episodes. Additionally, these drugs, depending on dosage, may induce anxiety, panic attacks, confusion, disorientation, perceptual anomalies, etc. which can severely impair one's ability to get into the orgasmic zone.
These are powerful compounds which should be used only with great caution and a thorough understanding of their effects and dosing amounts.

There is indeed a very real risk of downside when using psychedelics and weed for that matter.
The main risks I associate with marijuana (apart from it being illegal in some places and that it fucks your lungs if you smoke it enough) is that it can further derail someone who is mentally not in a good place. It can also be highly addictive. Not addictive in the physical sense as with some hard drugs, but rather in the same way say sex can be addictive.
Psychedelics are another beast completely. The use of psychedelic drugs in general is an intense experience for most people. You will often times be confronted with events from your past or present which can be very confrontational and unpleasant. Especially if you're not expecting it going in to the experience.
There is a comparison to be made here with the re-wiring process of the Aneros. Much like how your body is trained in its ways of feeling pleasure, your mind will also be settled in its own ways. The way you view certain subjects or the ways you go about analyzing situations has generally been figured out and your mind knows how it does this well. Taking psychedelics flips this on its head. You will be in a state where you are much more open to perceiving things from a different perspective. It's a way of breaking out of stagnant neural pathways. This can be a very traumatic experience for some, as you might be confronted with something that has been a core belief in your life, only to realize you've been going about it wrong, all this time. You may also relive traumatic experiences from your past. Some people are not ready to be put in this position, and I think that is where the situation can quickly turn south.
To add to this, for most people psychedelics act as an amplifier to your regular life. If you're in a bad place mentally, constantly stressed out and just generally speaking not happy with your state of being, this will be magnified dramatically while high. You will be bombarded with these thoughts and feelings, and while the effects last (may last for up to 8+ hours) there is very little you can do to hide from or ignore these sensations. On the flipside of this coin, if you are happy and a peace with yourself, the effects of psychedelics can be truly wonderful. For this reason people will often talk about set & setting when it comes to psychedelic drug use. Don't dabble if you're not in the right frame of mind.
The key I've found is to try to use the experience to gain new insights or new ways to tackle your problems. If you find yourself walking down a dark path while tripping, instead of breaking down, confront it head on and analyse where the problems stem from and how you can go about changing things.
The way you view the world can permanently change after such a session, for me the outcome has been solely positive so far after about 10 years of off and on semi frequent use.
If you're interested I recently wrote my first post on the forum where I talk about how Magic Mushroom use has affected my growth in sexuality here :
I remember ppl having very bad ‘trips’ on these things as a kid. With some of the ways the body is pushed on the journey, can these bad trips coupled with prostate play cause issues?
Speaking from my experience, I can't bring myself to use a prostate massager while peaking on mushrooms, as I find the mushroom experience too intense to bring in any additional stimulations. I have had lovely experiences using my massager on the comedown, however. The condition of having my ego 'softened' by the trip is very conducive to an amazing aneros session.
But I'd like to make a broader point about "bad trips" and why THC should be approached as more of a guide than a crutch in prostate play.
My opinion is that "bad trips" are essentially unhealthy, siloed, mental constructs colliding with exposure to direct contact (or near direct contact) with ultimate reality. As such, "bad trips" are actually "good trips" as they provide an opportunity to examine, soften, and even toss out, mental patterns that are not serving us in our journey back to godhood.
If we think about our most profound orgasms, and reflect upon what is really happening to us in those utterly blissful moments, we can see that we are not thinking about our bills, our jobs, or who has really pissed us off that day. The hallmark feature is being in the present moment. I love the French description La petit mort (the little death) as it acknowledges that all the mental shrapnel that we convince ourselves is "us" all vanishes at the peak of orgasm. Does the orgasm bring us unity with the present, or does unity with the present bring orgasm? Or are they simply just the same damn thing?
THC may indeed be seen as a crutch, aiding us in letting go of many niggling mental annoyances that keep us from the present, but we can also view THC as a tool. What is it about this state that feels so pleasant? What can we learn from it? What pieces can we take with us into a sober state that allows us to enter states of bliss at will?
Psychedelics / Meditation / and the bliss of Orgasm feed and inform each other, lend power to each other. Over time, with experience and practice, tools such as psychedelics and THC can be set aside as we have accumulated experiences of centered bliss, and realize that the ultimate key is bringing mind and body into coherence with the present.
I'm thinking about how many times I've read posters here say things like "I love life" or "Life is wonderful" to close out a report on their most recent orgasm. People say the same thing when they've had a breakthrough mushroom trip, or a stunning progression in their meditation practice.
The mountain has one peak, with so many trails to reach the summit.
Great write. It’s good to hear all sides from experienced drug users.
That’s something I wondered about mushrooms or other psychedelics, could they catapult someone to a level that aren’t ready for. Ive always thought the prostate Journey didn’t level up until I was ready for the next level. Many members speak of ramping up,plateaus, and then busting through and ramping up again. It’s an interesting topic.

THC mimics the action of the endogenous neurotransmitter anandamide by binding to the same endocannabinoid receptors in the body (this compound is also called the "Bliss Molecule"). By supplementally inducing similar psychological states that anandamide can produce we may be training our body to rewire to naturally produce more of our own anandamide. This is similar to the reported effects of certain psychedelics (psilocybin) on the serotonin system to rewire our brains to think and therefore behave differently.
That's my view of it anyway.

Does the orgasm bring us unity with the present, or does unity with the present bring orgasm?
Fabulous paragraph and post, overall. Orgasm delivers us unto unity with eternity. Forever's found in that moment. Partake in "the Camembert of time"-Salvador Dalí The Persistence of Memory 1931
the ultimate key is bringing mind and body into coherence with the present
I like thinking about this relative to the physics term coherent waves, as if our brain waves are superimposing synergistically with some wave function that could be time itself.

A hallmark of the experiences I characterize as Super-O, and it has happened but a handful of times, in its midst I utter heartfelt "lucky to be alive".

I am one that falls into this category. THC use has vastly expanded my super o abilities. I currently do roughly half my sessions micro dosed and half sober in an attempt to gain the ability sober.
