Has anyone routinely worked abs to tighten and strengthen them notice an increase in p spot pleasure? Any correlation?

I have experienced the same thing. I have been doing yoga and the core work has definitely made a difference. I don't really understand how it works, so I hope someone else will chime in.

Hey @yankeecowboy and @kuromimi,

no I don't, but it makes perfect sense. When you flex your pelvic muscles you apply pressure on your prostate mostly from the underside. By flexing your abs or working your midriff, you can apply pressure from above. You do this unconsciously and automaticly when you practice belly breathing, that's one reason, why it's emphasised so often in the wiki and forum.

During your next session, you may try to do the muscle work you do, when you empty your bladder and try to push the last drop out (of the bladder not the urethra). This will massage your prostate from above and can start some nice feelings in combination with pelvic muscle work. I'm not quite sure, but I guess it's mostly abs involved in this, so it makes sense to me that stronger abs are a general benefit here.

Yeah just looking for the motivation to get my abs and body up to par. Tell me my super o will double in power and I'll be in the gym tonight 😀
