Amazingly simple, and yes....it really works! I'm not familiar with any of their other newer vibrating models, but given this company's track record (high-quality smartly designed products), I'm sure they're pretty good too! In use it feels much like the first inch or so of a vagina. IMHO: Don't waste your money.

Brian is right, it does feel very nice. BUT the little buzzer that comes with it to deliver the vibes is alarmingly under-powered, and lasts about 10 minutes or so. Then it's replace the batteries. I'm assuming this is because of the small size of the buzzer, larger batteries are not possible. Perhaps a wired "outboard" battery pack might alleviate this.

Personally, I don't cum that quickly any more, so maybe it's just an age thing, but while quite pleasant to use, it's not all that efficient or effective.
