Modifying progasm

Hi Rdr,
First off, I'm not the ace of the base in Progasmastics so am far from an authority on how that tool is intended to work or how the designers intended for it to feel. I keep a bright red Progasm in pristine 'stock' condition and one day, when I gain sufficient skills with it, I'll consider a stem mod.

Most attractive and satisfying mod was re-profiling the stem to make it circular. For me that improved differentiation of my pc muscle and sphincter. One of these days, I'll work the stem further and relocate the narrowest section of the stem downward, closer to the abutment arm. I didn't find any major structural voids in that part of the toy and am not too concerned about loss of stem strength. Why HIH chose the shape and size of the stem is a bit of a mystery to me. However, with an annoying 'roid that's been twice banded down there, I'm a bit fussy about the stem on any Aneros tool (and have no complaints other than regarding the Progasm.).

Mods to the upper body (intended to reduce frictional drag) weren't as successful. Holding a license in proctology might be worthwhile! My solution in a large tool was Maximus and i luv-it !!

Material in the Black Progasm behaved much like ABS when worked with a Dremel. Small errors and voids were easily 'burnished' out using strips of 3M's Fabricut Mesh, 400grit.

Suggest contact he offered great suggestions for abrasive materials and techniques for final finishing.

Timesaving tip: Rather than completely smooth and polish the surface after each mod, do your testing using condom lube method. (use cheap, thick condoms). That gives you a good idea of your progress, speeds cleanup and saves wear and tear on your innards. 😛

Well, what are the problems with it that you would like to address? In my case the 'Kundali' tab was uncomfortable and I bent it out a little. Simple. But there are people who, like the previous poster, make what to me are radical changes to their units. In that case do a search for mods and there is a wealth of info.

Set your goals first; IE what bothers you and is it worth changing. That's my only advice.

one of the tabs broke off my progasm so I cut them both off and now the base looks kind of like the peridise. I drilled a hole through the base and tied a loop of strong cord through it to help in removal. I find this make the progasm go a little deeper.
I'm not saying it's better or worse, but it's just different.

rook: I might look into making the stem round. Otherwise, I am not looking to make huge modifications fo the body, but thanks for that suggestion!

gabrial: I'm thinking about removing or bending the k-tab, and removing that 'fin' on the underside. To try and give it a little more mobility. I feel like the k-tab is not adding that much to my aneros experience, and since I have a default Ice soon, I might as well give it a try without! Thanks for your advice.

thhn: Removing both tabs is not what I am looking for. The P-tab is essential!! To me at least. It goes deep enough already. 😉 Thanks for your input though!
