These have probably been answered before, but anyway:
I have a question about what a p-wave feels like, I'm wondering if this is what I'm experiencing. If I contract and then start to relax my pelvic floor muscle, I start to get this nice sensation. If I then start to contract the muscle again, the sensation seems to intesify and spread up my body to my head. Then it dies out until I start to relax the muscle again. I can do this pretty much any time I'm aroused, doesn't have to be during an aneros session. Does this sound like p-waves, or something else?
Has anybody done a poll or asked the question of how general exercise affects your aneros sessions, or your ability to achieve mini/super-Os? I've been away from the gym for awhile, and just got back in this morning. The past few days I had used the aneros and planned to take a break for a couple days, as I seemed to have over-done it. But after being back to the gym today, I'm feeling like I might need to have another session today. Do people find that the aneros is more effective right after exercising, perhaps because of increased blood flow? If so, perhaps this is a good suggestion for people who are having trouble making progress, to help jump-start the process.
