Mini-orgasm when I urinate after holding it too long

I know that using Aneros "rewires" your orgasms. Lately, I've noticed a very strange side effect and wondered if I was the only one. I do a lot of long distance driving, and the last few times I've had to pee, I waited for a rest stop. When I finally get there, and start to pee, at first I get the usual "finally this feels good" relief feeling. But then midstream I get what I can only describe as a mini orgasm. My vision gets cloudy, my breath catches and gasps, and my shoulders shudder involuntarily. This lasts about 10 to 15 seconds, and then when I'm done peeing, I'm standing there feeling like I've just cum. Granted, any occasion for an orgasm is awesome, so I'm not complaining at all. But I just wondered if this has happened to anyone else. I've even started going into a stall to pee just in case this happens.
