I have had the classic mgx for quite a number of years and not had much success with it.
I need a model that is just a bit bigger.

Would moving to the helix from the mgx be a good move?

Maybe it isn't just the size of the MGX but the lack of curvature. The classic helix works better than the MGX for me because the head is a little larger and curved more towards the prostate. The syn model helix doesn't quite do it because the P-arm is too flexible and I prefer the firmer pressure on the perineum. But if size is the main concern, the Maximus, ProgasmJr, Progasm or Vice should fit the bill.
