So I've been hearing and heard that kegels aren't something just for women to do. I've had trouble doing them, just bc their so weak I can even squeeze then right. I'm fine when pissing but when not... Nope.

The first video was wild and erotic. Yes, the first guy's Kegel technique seemed long and arduous. But the video was real hot seeing the guy's dong getting really large and thick. He even came several times! I am sure that routine felt real good to him all the same.

However I found both these videos to be highly inspirational. I believe that because of my Aneros sessions, Kegels are second nature to me. But they are mostly subtle now, closely linked to my awakened, buzzing and quivering prostate. 😉 😀 😀

I think kegels are much easier to feel in certain positions. For instance I do my kegels when I'm lying on my back, legs apart and bent in knees. I place a finger on my scrotum. This makes it much easier to feel that I'm putting effort into it.
I like to watch the cock hero videos, but instead of stroking, I do kegels to the beat.
Bad news: I find that if I'm not doing them on a regular basis (several sets a day) that I 'grow weak.' This rapid loss of strength issue seems to be more prominent along my pelvic floor than with any other muscle group in my bod. Toughest part of the drill is to isolate on the after-most PC muscles just forward of the anus.
Good news: Kegels can be done anywhere, anytime I'm awake. Good to work the pelvic floor when waiting in line (Post Office, Grocery Store, etc.)
Gaining voluntary control over the Cremasters (to elevate one's testicles) is also challenging but a lot of 'fun' if you are standing, Commando in a pair of Levi's. :-))

Hey, how often u do em, how easy do u find they are to do? I find I do what they say not to, tightening my stomach thighs butt n kinda holding my breath... Can squeeze em fully easily when pissing. I'm just suuuuper weak. Anything else u can tell me

@rook, the muscle just forward of the anus is the BC muscle and I think there is a huge benefit of focussing more on that than the whole PC network as you have discovered.

Ive downloaded the app, but in using it i dont really feel a difference, i tend to not be able to keep doing them even tho it guides u thru an exercise... just must be super weak i guess...

Kegel exercises, like most muscle exercises, see benefits over time, not instantly...do them a few times a day for several weeks and you'll start to feel a difference...after the time I put in doing them, I can get some really nice prostate and anal stimulation just from doing a few kegels without using my Aneros! Be patient with yourself!
