After a long break I started meditating again (+- 3 months ago) using TM.

About a week ago I had my first Mini-O and pleasure wave.

Yesterday while meditating (after about 10 min) what felt a little like a pleasure wave started up. Just the mental feeling with none of the physical sensations. 6-8 slowly building cycles that disappeared when my mind looked at them. I know, I need to ignore them, to let them build.

Am I describing what a "higher level" of meditation feels like? Or a by product of Aneros.
Steve

Yes it was without the Aneros. Faint, like the echo of a pleasure wave. It surprised me because all I ever feel, physically, during meditation is single twitches or short shivers which are just tension releases.

Hey Steve, I've had hands free orgasms without the Aneros though it's a bit difficult. I'd have to say I still prefer the Aneros as it just facilitates it so much. I did it without the Aneros by clenching the anal opening and holding. It would fatigue after awhile and I would focus my mind on the sensations and locations I feel when the Aneros is inserted. This caused pleasure and after working it awhile I'd have orgasms.

I've noticed that orgasms and the body are a bit odd. Sometimes they are easy and plentiful other times they can be a bit elusive. Sometimes the body is just primed with extra sexual energy and needs a release. I've noticed when I haven't had any sex or sexual activity for 4 to 7 days and have been taking lots of fish oil, dark chocolate, panax ginseng, and ginko biloba eventually my body just requires orgasm. If I don't do it on purpose during the day then I will have them in my dreams. In the past there have been times I have been woken up, and my body just starts orgasming. It's nice when it happens but it's tough to get much sleep on those nights.

Hi SteveK!

This sounds very cool!

My best guess is that it is the Aneros influence, simply because I have these and other feelings all the way from faint to gut wrenching orgasm!

I think you should do some meditation as an intro to an Aneros session! It sounds like the perfect relaxation for you before sliding into an Aneros groove!

I would be very interested in hearing back after you try this!

There are several different paths to the "dry orgasm" that I have used and I am sure many more I don't know about!

Good Luck wiht this technique!

Later, Hlaser99
