Not sure if this is an appropriate place to post this discussion
I just bought the Vice and hope it will help with my inabilities. I have Multiple Sclerosis and it’s different for every person with
MS. For me, it has removed just about all sensations around the pelvic area. There are other issues, but for the Vice purpose it is an inability to ejaculate. Hopefully my endeavor will help other men with the same problem, because it is one of the more common symptoms of MS.
I’ve watched the videos and in the process of reading all the discussions about the use of the Aneros. I wish it was that simple. I’ve had the Vice for just a couple of days, and I have a very long way to go.
I find it confusing to separate / distinguish an ejaculation from a climax. They’ve always gone together with me. However, ejaculations
are very difficult and rare. It requires very vigorous masturbation, so much so that it’s almost not worth the effort.
It is entirely possible that the nerve damage the MS has caused may result in a permanent inability to ejaculate, at least easily. I want to use the Vice correctly and give it some time to see what I still have left.
Lets hope that you can get some pleasure form the aneros. Maybe you should search for some pleasant feelings elsewhere around your body....nipples, armpits, ears, face and combined with learning meditation techniques could bring you some interesting results. There is no downside to meditation so learn and enjoy.
Do you feel any internal pressure when you have the Vice inserted with the vibration OFF. The internal pressure in time may become satisfying. I would suggest not trying to ejaculate using the Vice. The focus is on the prostate if that is possible. When we get old many can't ejaculate with out pills and potions but can develop a very satisfying prostate response even if it does not get to a SuperO.
I remember a long time ago my doctor checked my prostate. It was the first time I had it checked and I wasn’t ready for the method. It was embarrassing to say the least. I had no idea the prostate could do that.
Now, every year I have my prostate checked by my Urologist. I have not had that startling effect from the prostate check in years. It was my Urologist who actually made the initial DX of my MS.
I’m using the Vice without trying to ejaculate. I do this 2 – 3 times a day for about 30 – 45 minutes. I’m so tempted to try to bust a nut, but I can tell I’m not able to yet.
I can’t say for sure that I’m stimulating my prostate. Oh, it’s not uncomfortable by any means, but it’s going to take some time to “rewire” my sensations.
Are you using the vibe every time? If so you are not allowing the Aneros to greet the prostate in a civilized manner.
I'm wanting the most stimulating use of the Vice, so I use the vibe. I will turn if off for a while, but the majority of the time, I have it on. Are you suggesting that the vibe should not be used for the length of time I am using it?
I do wonder if the Vice is actually positioned against the prostate. Maybe I should do a "manual" finger check of my prostate to see if I can get the stimulation I once felt?
When B.F. Mayfield first reviewed the Vice he offered two modes of use:
-- One somewhat like the 'do nothing' approach used for the conventional Aneros devices. In this mode the user relaxes and allows breathing and focus to 'follow' the cycles of the vibe in the Vice.
-- The other is more user active and employs ano-rectal contractions to massage the prostate. Try this by leading the rise-fall cycles of the vibe to elevate prostate arousal.
I've added external TENS stimulus to some of my Vice sessions. I have my mate apply four TENS pads in a quadrant pattern on my spine in the L-3 / L-4 area and connect those to my TENS electro-stim box. Then I insert the Vice using a rise-fall vibe pattern and 'tune' the TENS box to a multiple of the Vice action. Usually a low frequency of TENS modulation (well below 20 Hz) works best. Lower intensities of the TENS voltage seem better so that the Vice action against the prostate is not overwhelmed by the electro-stim signal.
I like this best lying on my stomach with my glutes splayed apart. To minimize cock stim from masking the Vice action I use pillows to elevate my bod or wear a jockstrap.
Suggest you get your doc's advice on employing TENS stimulation so that you don't burn yourself.
@BeeArr,
I think the real purpose of the Aneros is to awaken the prostate. But it might be good to be less aggressive and allow the prostate to respond. For some it works best to be very gentle, that is no vibes, no kegels, just letting the Aneros rest on the prostate. If you find the Vice comfortable I would suggest purchasing a Progasm Ice. Inserting it, then relaxing with gentle rhythmic breathing (=mediation). The PI does not vibrate so there is no temptation to turn it on. This may seem pointless. The purpose is to give the prostate space to respond. I would keep the passive session and any vibe session well apart. I also suggest limiting the sessions.
I often go to sleep with PI and often when I am partly asleep (the controlling brain less involved) I have some nice spontaneous movements. Please note I do not have Super Os.
With your condition I do not know if the prostate also looses sensitivity. You do not say your age.
Excessive vibes may be counter productive.
If you wish to use an Aneros to help self-stimulate to "wet" orgasm with ejaculation, consider using one of he smaller Aneros devices. I find it difficult to ejaculate "arround" any Aneros larger than the Helix or MGX. The force of the ejaculatory stream during sexual foreplay is greatest with the SGX.
