Lubrication ritual.

OK I'll go first -- I'm sure I am very unconventional 🙂

I lubricate my back hole with Astroglide, and then the Aneros itself -- first a layer of cocoa butter and then some astroglide. I mix the two together to form a single layer on the aneros, slippery and long lasting. I never re-apply.The lube easily lasts for the duration of my sessions, which are usually 2hr or less

@Invidia my ritual is very simple; first I inject 2.5cc of liquid water base lube with a seringe. Then I lube my toy with water based jell and insert it. I'm good for a good 2.5 hours of play without having to re-lube anything. Also, I get no mess.

My lubrication ritual for the last couple years or so is to insert my middle finger lubricated with extra virgin olive oil into my bunghole in gentle "f**k", circular fashion which is sweet and full of pleasure! That ritual in itself climaxes Aneros foreplay for me as I proceed to an Aneros session. Extra virgin olive oil is my lube of choice. Also I use little of it. Prior to June 3, 2012, I was not into anal play of any kind.;)

wash out with a bulb syringe and water. then coat the insert with petroleum jelly and use a lube shooter to get some Astroglide up there. it's something i loathe doing but in a perfect world we would produce our own anal lube 😛

Wow. I feel like I'm overdoing it now ;). I use about 10ML of jlube from a syringe, and then coat the toy with some more.

@thetechman ,everyone is different. Try less until you feel there is not enough and adjust accordingly. Like I say, for me 2.5cc liquid upthere and then jell up the Aneros. Works for me but it might not for others. Experiment.

One thing to note is that my progress initially was very slow, and I think that was because of not using *enough* lube. So there's no overdoing 🙂

@BigGlansDC If I may ask, how much Olive Oils are you injecting before a session?

I injected a little of O-Oil last night and noticed a difference with my Helix-Syn. Was it the lube or just another new sensation, one of the many in the last few months.

@GGringo, I anoint my middle finger with just enough extra virgin olive oil to lubricate it and then insert it in my bunghole. I use an in-and-out "f**k" motion and circular motion to lubricate it too. In the last year or so, it is amazing how the muscles there have strengthened and become so elastic. Likewise I pour a couple drops on each Aneros tool I use again to lubricate it. Like Brill Cream, "a little dab will do ya!" :p

I have a regular BM every morning followed by a bath or shower during which I wash my butt-hole thoroughly. Before a session I check that my butt-hole is still clean with a moist toilet tissue. I then pump some Maximus lube onto my rear passage while lying on my side and work some of it into my hole with my finger. Next, I cover my Helix with a generous quantity of Maximus lube and insert. At the end of a session the Helix usually comes out clean and still adequately lubricated.
