@anlcomplsv,If I were planning a short session I would just use cc oil. I also find it stains less and cleans up more easily than shea.

This interesting! I have used certified unrefined shea butter for years. Two of the reasons that it is my preferred lube are precisely because it doesn't stain and it cleans up as easily as anything else.

Are you sure that the shea butter that you are using is indeed certified unrefined?

Agreed Shea is the stuff that makes it easier/cleaner than anything I've used,,coconut oil sounds like it's messy?

What coconut oil is reccomended? I'm willing to give it a whirl

i got some unrefined shea and haven't tried it yet. On my hands as a lotion to try it, it didn't get really slippery. But I'm sure inside it gets super slick? Help guys I'm ready for a session and haven't had an orgasm in 3 days and I don't want to ruin it if the shea doesn't work! Sounds like it will, I think I'll go for it 😉

Damn.... Good ride tonight. olive oil from your pantry is the best lube! Few dry Os and maybe a super...not sure yet. Flipping crazy, wasn't all crazy n flopping around either, really controlled n relaxed. At one point like my entire pelvis was swelling and my poo tunnel was killed 3 times as big, all while feeling tingly. Course when I wud clench it would all stop... Olive oil!

well, the shea butter didn't melt and get super slippery like I thought it would 🙁 I added some EV coconut oil to help out and it did help a bit, but its just not as slippery as astroglide. I wish these natural oils worked better!!! How can this not be working?? I had dozens of dry Os and a super or 2, but pulling the mgx out was a little tight with resistance from the non-slickness of the natural lube.

For many years now I've been using the Now Foods/Solutions Shea Butter. It works great. I just keep it in the refrigerator so it stays solid, and scoop out a three small chunks when I need it. Two get immediatly inserted up my anus into my rectum, and the third gets spread on the Aneros. Works great! No need to re-apply even for multi-hour sessions. I use a towel underneath me in case some rubs off or leaks which is not all that often.

Yes i use the same, but I'm curious as those that use shea butter AND coconut oil, why? what difference does it make?

i got SoapAge's unrefined shea butter it is for sure unrefined. It's just not that "oily" when it gets warm. I guess I'll have to try it again but it never reached that super slippery feel everyone that reports on using it here on this forum have experienced.

I believe that the oiliness of shea butter varies. Mine is very oily.

I suggest any reasonably priced coconut oil would be okay to play with. Off the shop shelf stuff, but not too cheap. Extra Virgin Cold Pressed as a suggestion. @darwin suggests 'refined' but most are unrefined now a days. I don't think it matters for staters. Long term you may need to check it out a bit more.

I use coconut oil and a paraben free water based lube from Swiss Navy. I found that shea butter gets absorbed and is not as slippery as cc oil.

@Heizen,I'm pretty sure unrefined shea butter doesn't get absorbed.
I insert a plug of it before going to bed on the nights I have a session and I can see that it comes out with the BM the following morning.
I also find it is slippery enough for me on its own. No need for other ingredients or lubes beyond a bit of KY gel to ease insertion of the plug and the tool.

I would guess that the rectum does absorb some of what ever is put in there. I would suggest it is selective otherwise we would absorb our waste - perpetual motion! However humans have been putting stuff in there since the first cave person found something slippery. For sex or for ease of 'motions'! Seriously I think that this is why most of this 'family' is very selective, choosing only those substances that are fairly simple, edible oils and fats. From that list a few stand out as having been used for sometime with apparently few negative effects and don't seem to contain any bad substances in their natural state. My little list includes olive oil that has been used for centuries (but stains), and more recently coconut oil and sweet almond oil (neither of these stain). Shea Butter is a fairly new one for me. Many of these substances are then processed with additives for various outcomes and commercial/retail use and that is why there are cautioned issues by the chemists amongst us.
