If you use lubes for internal use, what types and brands? Also if you use olive oil as an internal lube, what type of container do u stash it in for east access? Plastic bottle, metal, glass?

Personally, I prefer not to use oils. I find they tend to leak and finish up making a mess on the sheets.

Added to this, I find that oils are more difficult to clean up with soap and water than lubes that don't contain oil.

Oils often referred to are Castor Oil, Sweet Almond Oil. As @Pommie says they tend to weep.
Olive oils tends to stain yellow.
So some users bind the oil with Beeswax this thicken them so they don't weep out but are slippery.
(Approx 10 oil to 1 beeswax)
Coconut oils is good but difficult to work with as it liquifies around 20C. It can be frozen into to suppositories.
Organic Unrefined Shae Butter ticks most of the boxes. It liquifies just under body temperature. Many folk freeze it to make suppositories. This makes it manageable it also separates the making from the insertion for cleanliness.
Some use modified syringes to insert the oils or mix. Most syringes have a rubber washer that reacts to oil.
I think the important thing it to make sure the oils are unrefined so they are not contaminated with preservatives and other chemicals.
Many find water based lubes cause problems and irritations
I hope this may be helpful, so you can focus on one question to ask.

I'm sensitive to many water based lubes and prefer simple edible material instead.
I like a 'more rugged' lube like Vaseline or Crisco on my sphincters (where the muscle action and friction is greater) then, a lighter lube inside the inner sphincter to support sensitive contact between the Aneros and the posterior rectal surface. If you've successfully used Albolene in the past that might be a good choice for a Sphincter/Anal Canal lube. Also good for a thin coating on the Aneros.
Inside the rectum I've long used a 2:3 (Coconut Oil to Shea Butter) pelletized mixture and I liked that. It is more of a 'botherr' to compound though. More recently I've tried just Coconut Oil either injected or frozen. It seems to work well and there's less variability, jar-ro-jar, of Coconut Oil than there is in the Shea Butter available to me.

I'm still awaiting the arrival of my SGX so have no direct experience to add but I do keep a lot of organic extra virgin coconut oil around. I feed it to my very senior dog in every meal as a dense and healthy energy source because of the figh concentration of medium chain triglycerides.

I keep the working stash in a cabinet that always remains above 80° so the oil remains a water clear liquid. Below 78°, it eventually becomes a solid. I'm not sure how solid it would have to be to "get it in" but I'm thinking if you were quick about it, the state of the oil at normal room temp may work ok.

I'm also not sure how great it would work as a lube because it doesn't feel really slick but it is an easy clean up. Nothing more than a quick rinse and rub under cold water is all it takes to clean up the ½ tsp measure spoon I use for it.

I use sweet almond oil all the time. I always wear pants and have not experienced any leakage on the sheets.

This is another problem, too many lubes to choose from. Ill prob try the astroglide natural version, may try the OO one time to see how it is. I kept a towel under me during the rides i had, so hope it doesnt look too much... We'll see.

Three little words: Unrefined...Shea...Butter.
It's natural, inexpensive, lasts for ages, doesn't leak and melts just below body temperature. The stuff could have been designed especially for lubricating plastic and arse.
Personally, I've never needed anything else.

@newguy8: There are some very extensive discussions about the various lubes and liquids. It is important to know that some (actually quite a few) of the "personal lubricants' contain: 1. antibacterials such as chlorhexidine and variations on the theme
2. -paraben compounds, such as methylparaben.
3. other compounds with long chemical names and fragrance, etc.

Since these lubricants are meant to be for intercourse, they're not really meant for the very permeable and sensitive rectal mucosa and those compounds could get into your bloodstream.
KISS: keep it simple... should be the watchword for these compounds and
WWFY: whatever works for you; my personal preferences: shea butter or A&D ointment, with a small amt of olive oil to "moisten" the device after I've smeared it with one of those. Vaseline has not be as successful for me but others use it as first choice.

Interesting:
So Bees Wax and Coconut oil comes to the fore again!
In hot Oz you need about 15 - 20% bees wax to stop it melting on the shelf. My 10% just melted into a soup!
It does seem that very basic products make very cheap and plentiful lubricants.
Beeswax can take the place of Vit E as a stabilizer. Vit E may not be such a good idea.

Like @isvara says, vitamin E isn't a good idea because it lowers testosterone. http://www.peaktestosterone.com/Testosterone_Vitamin-E.aspx

After using my brand new SGX one time, I can say EVCO seems to work very nicely. I simply coated the device with the liquid oil and put some on my butt.

My wife finished my session for me and the SGX was immediately ejected so that makes me think the lubrication value was good. Very easy clean up of the device with some antibacterial liquid soap and water.

Forgive me but what's EVCO?

EVCO, and Coconut Water/Coconut oil, in general are the new "cure alls" in addtion to their favored use here. Just having returned from Miami, where coconuts literally grow on trees, like everywhere, it would seem to be a perfect place for a CO entrepreneur. BTW, there is a great hand lotion by "Dr. Watson" that I found at Walmart that doesn't have any of those badddd additives and uses coconut oil resulting in a very pleasant fragrance. I've used it for clean up "down there".

EVCO has a very pleasant smell. It smells like coconut. There are no additives or impurities. This stuff is absolutely pure and clean. In solid form it's snow white. In liquid form it's clear as water. It is a great food with a lot of benefits. It's loaded with MCT that are not treated as a fat by the body. It goes straight to energy without all the internal processing required for fats. Recently they say it's great for brain health and function.

I can't see how it could be anything but beneficial no matter which end you put it in. As I confirm above, it does work great as a lubricant for Aneros.

Nutiva is a brand I really like as a food. I buy it from Amazon. As a food, we go through a few hundred ounces a year.

If you place your aneros in the freezer for a few minutes then apply the coconut oil. The oil instants becomes hard and you can apply several layers of which gives you more time of lubrication. It's a wonderful feeling to feel the cold then the oil melts and it's slippery time.

@newguy8 About the Dr. Watson lotion: as far as i know the "fragrance" is the coconut oil and not added fragrance. i'll check. i have used it just as a prelim "wipe" before lubrication, etc.

IMO you don't need the coconut AND the shea, just the shea is enough. Why both?

@inhope both because it works better! Have you even tried it?
