so I was practicing the aneros helix sin, having some success with it, but lately seems like my prostate has gotten desensitized to it. So I'm giving it a rest for a while. Also, with all the kegel practicing, I think it has contracted lower back muscles in sympathy with the kegels, and now I've got some lower back pain possibly related to tired/sore muscles...definitely requiring some ibuprofin. When I do any kind of kegels I can feel it triggering the lower back pain. So yeah it's time to take a sabbatical. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this?
