Looking for interpretation

I am continuing on my journey here and wanted to get some interpretation of an experience I had. I have neglected the aneros for a few months after my first few sessions (perhaps with not enough patience), but I have decided to play around with it some more lately.

I was breathing slowly and trying to relax. Also, I explored with contraction exercises for a while, concentrating on the feeling. Once, I relaxed a bit and felt my heartbeat in a sensation. I continued relaxing and focused on this beating sensation. It got a bit stronger as I followed it, and my muscles were twitching a bit. All of a sudden, I felt a wave of feeling good come over me as this twitching happened. After a few seconds, I wasn't able to keep following the sensation and it went away. I experimented for a while longer, trying to do this again, but I couldn't get the twitching to continue.

I'm still trying to make out all the sensations involved in the re-wiring. Just wondering if anyone has had any similar experiences.

I should note that when this happened, I didn't really feel like I was holding a contraction. Perhaps I was slightly? This suprised me a bit. Maybe I have to learn to do this with a little contraction invovled?

Hi Adam!

Welcome back!

Everything you describe is right in line with your "re-wiring" process! Sounds to me like you may have mounted
a pleasure wave there for a while! Great aren't they???

when I have "involuntary contractions" they are as you describe. You don't try and do a contraction, your body
grabs one for you! (thus involuntary) P-waves and involuntary contractions are the path to dry orgasms!

Congratulations . . . you're on your way!

Later, Hlaser99
