Lately I've noticed erections are not as strong as they we we. Also I seem to loose it too often.
I've read of creams and sprays being helpful. Does any one know about these. I'd be pleased to find out.

Are you talking about erections During Aneros or just in general? Do you experience them Following sessions, sometimes hours later?

Age related perhaps. Do you take any viagra type aid. A touch of ED?

I don't think age actually has much to do with it. In my experience (as someone who had hypogonadism for 15+ years, with all the problems that go with it, and am now perfectly healthy) it's probably something you're ingesting. Are you taking any medications? What foods do you eat? What do you drink other than water? If you live in america, almost everything you eat, drink and wash with, contains some kind of testosterone killing substance. By all rights Aneros use should be helping your erections, so research all the ingredients of everything you put in or on your body. Search that ingredient and testosterone. Then with testicle. What you find might change your life.

BTW, if you're looking to go with testosterone boosters like Tongkat Ali, Maca and Cordyceps, buy several different types (7 is a good number if you can afford it) and cycle them so you're only taking one type for one day of the week. That way your body can't get used to it. Also, start on a low dose. Especially for Tongkat Ali. Many sites will tell you to take 200mg, but 50mg might actually be too much of that one. Just be patient and see how your body reacts. I don't take any of them anymore, but they helped alot in the beginning when I was changing my diet and learning about what foods to eat. What foods to avoid, ingredients to avoid, and about hidden ingredients.

@Wandering_Smoke, you are blessed indeed. I have had ED for quite some time. We changed the diet, looked for the right food, took Saw Palatto for BPH, finally found Aneros in a nick of time. For 16 years I have needed a fragment of Viagra as I was lacking in Nitric Oxide and was wary of some of the supplements that were suggested. My GP acknowledge that, paint, plastics and various household furniture glues were testosterone killers (as you have said) so she put me onto a locally made TRT cream to balance it. My T levels are good and my PSA is very low. I now get a nocturnal erection that is not really usable but does refresh the blood.
Following Rebecca's posts (@stevexx) I am practicing stimulation and retention, this is also giving me erections but not usable but most enjoyable. However there is an unexpected down side to be dealt with.
Aneros has been a life saver and has been of huge benefit for the side effects of BPH.
I have a fragment of Viagra at least twice a week so I can get a strong erection. I prefer not to use a penis pump. Yesterday after a fragment I used some estim pads and my wife was most impressed (so was I, it lasted 30 minutes - so tight - wow for me) but I did not release. So I had a smile on my face ever since.
The reason for all this verbal diarrhea is to say for some of us oldies (77) there are some great work arounds.

@isvara I'm glad you found what works for you. It's too bad you have to be on TRT though. No man should need it. Depending on how long you've been on it, you might be able to start producing your own testosterone again, and get off of the Viagra too. But then you would still need to find the root cause of your low T and ED. For me that was absolutely everything I ate and drank lol. Now I make everything from scratch, including bread. But, if you're taking a few other medications that you can't quit (which at 77 I'm guessing you probably are), then you're probably better off sticking with the TRT.

I just started experimenting with Estim, myself. I can see it has the potential for some extreme fun. I just need to save up for a real power unit. The TENS device I bought is only good enough to tease a little bit. ...Frustrating.

Post edited - too far off topic.
I use the estim for a bit of refreshment to the old tissues, wake them up get the blood into the capillaries, not for extreme stimulation.
