Light-headed feeling after strong sensations? Is it common?

Hi, relatively new user here. Although I'm tempted to use colorful overtones to describe the experience, I'll try to keep the text formal for the readers' sake. In short:

My sixth session with Helix, first Aneros I've bought. Earlier experience with small/medium buttplugs, used mainly to enhance pleasure derived from ejaculation. In earlier sessions, I had experienced minor physical/mental feedback (seeping, muscle quivers in legs and abdomen, sensation of warmth and relaxation, momentary pulsing erection). I had studied the Aneros Wiki instructions about relaxation / contraction excercises, problem being that even minor sensations seemed to make it hard to focus on reading/memorizing them during a session. 😉

It appears I had overlooked the part about the baseline contraction - adding that, in what felt like less than a minute the involuntary contractions kicked into overdrive, sending me from flaccid to rock hard in seconds, to the point where I felt frozen in time, to the exact moment before I normally ejaculate when traditional stimulation is applied. The sensation passed as I relaxed the contraction. I then applied the contraction again and went trough the cycle 3-5 times, until my prostate started signalling that it had probably been knuckled enough for one night.

I felt no noticeable physical discomfort after removing the massager and cleaning up, but afterwards while popping out for a smoke I noticed feeling very slightly dizzy - not enough to manifest in body balance, just a feeling that my mind was "off-center" a bit, or as if there had been a very minute change in gravity. This feeling has only now starting to fade, roughly 24 hours after the session. I guess it could be psychological - in no way am I implying that I feel my health is at risk, I would've made a trip to a physician by now if I felt it was. I'm merely intrigued to hear if anyone else has had similar sensations after a session that had kicked the pleasure peak up considerably from the earlier ones?

Hi Rod of Plastic,

Welcome to the Forum,

IMHO, you are feeling the Aneros Afterglow, a kind of lingering effect from release of pleasure giving hormones within the body. I've certainly felt these before and they can last for several hours after a particularly intense Anerosession. I don't think there is any cause for concern about them, just a pleasant side effect to be enjoyed, nothing wrong with a little smirk on your face do to your own body's pleasure giving compounds.

Thanks rumel. 🙂

You're quite likely right - while writing I started thinking back, and distantly remember having the same feeling (although for a considerably shorter duration, maybe a few hours), after I climaxed using a larger butt plug for the first time.

I'll give my glands and membranes the workdays to rest and recover, and get back to experimenting during weekend. 8)
