Hey all. Not posted for a little while. Wanted to share some new progress. I’ve been working on using muscles to move energy and pleasure about. I managed to move my orgasm up into the stomach as I’ve said before. I’ve started to build a link between the abs and the ischiocavemosus. I contract the abs rolling down into the ischiocavemosus contraction, the abs can send a lot of kinetic energy down to the prostate. I managed to push energy up the ways from leg drive into my levatator ani muscles,at the same time, while tapping the transverse muscles,it took quite a few  attempts but I managed to time them correctly to build up a rhythm to create invols. Once the invols took hold, the pleasure went up a gear, each time the energy pulses met at the prostate,an enormous wave of pleasure would swell  outward from the gland. In my post session analysis,I realised that all the muscles and areas involved were how far the wave reached. From the knees up to the solar plexus at the top of the abs. I know now that the pleasure can piggyback on energy created by muscle contraction. I find the pleasure difficult to describe, drenching? Heavy? It was accompanied by quite an intense heat that would also follow the wave to its outskirts. Then there was the buzz. A buzz seemed to accompany the heat, wherever the wave and heat were,so was the buzz. The orgasms were very intense,I actually had a slight headache after my session. Best session yet by a country mile. I hope it gets easier lol as it takes and immense amount of focus to manage everything going on. This must be how the conductor of a symphony orchestra feels. Each thing on its own has its own p waves, and can generate orgasms, but boy when they work together it’s quite mind blowing. Think I’ll try to lock these new methods down, before trying to move on around the body.

Congrats !

As always, super interesting approach. Don't keep too much energy or tension in your head and face, this can cause weird unwanted stuff as you've seen, headaches, visual migraines, jaw pain... Open your eyes and mouth and lower your jaw if necessary, tilt your head back to open your airway and try to relax your neck muscle, it should flow more easily, then you can go back to what you were doing. Works for me, don't know if this is universal or not. Basically you can be super tensed everywhere while you head is relaxed, I'd be interested to see if this makes sense to you if you decide to try it.

I don't know how similar the results from your method will be to other Aless methods, but I bet it will get easier with time, some conductors sure look like they're enjoying themselves. Performing at a high level and getting in "the zone" where everything falls into place and concentration becomes hyper focused, that's what I think might be next for you as you keep working on this.

@zentai It wasn’t an exertion headache, think it was of a come back down to earth headache lol my body is actually quite relaxed, what I’m working at is firing muscles in a sequence,or sometimes together, but that other muscles in the chain are relaxed until they are called into service. For me,it feels that once a muscles has directed energy onto the next zone,it relaxes until it’s next role in the cycle, like a relay race I guess. In any case,I have to admit, this prostate carry on is pretty freaking great ha ha Who knew? Lol
